We had a wonderful stay at The Bene Hotel\! The facilities were great, and everything was comfortable and welcoming\. What really made our stay special was the staff\. Everyone was so friendly, kind, helpful and always greeted us with a smile\. Their hospitality made us feel right at home\.

I loved my stay. The staff were warm and friendly, especially security and front desk. The room was comfortable and cleaned every day. The hotel was down a peaceful lane ensuring a good night's sleep. I also recommended the spa - request Ria for a heavenly massage.

The location is very good. It is close to the busy area, but the hotel is located a little inside, so it is quite quiet at night. Kuta Beach and the mall are also nearby.
Overall, I had a good experience. The only things I didn’t like were that there were not many breakfast options, the room was a bit humid, and the sink didn’t drain very well. Other than that, I was satisfied with my stay. I especially liked that my room got plenty of sunlight.
Everything about hotel The Bene for our family was outstanding. The staff were kind and nice. Great food, great hospitality. Highly recommended for family trip. We always choose The Bene when we are in Bali.
Wife and I stayed at The Bene for 8 days. The location is fantastic, a short walk to the beach, restaurants and Garlic Lane. The rooms are clean, the bed comfy and the shower was hot. Only complaint was the tv couldn't get local channels (watched netflix instead) and the safe once closed took a few tries to re open. Breakfast is very basic. The staff are super friendly and helpful and accommodate any request with a smile. The biggest positive is how quiet the hotel is, there is zero noise from any and all traffic in the busy area and bluebirds or gojek always found the place through the lane ways. For a quiet and slightly cheaper stay in Bali, this is a great find.
