An Unforgettable Proposal and Vacation at The Bale Choosing The Bale for our proposal and vacation was truly one of the best decisions we have ever made. The Bale is an absolutely wonderful resort, and we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the entire team for giving my fiancée and me such beautiful and unforgettable memories. From the surroundings, service, facilities, and overall hospitality to the rooms and breathtaking views, we would give everything a perfect 100 out of 100. Is there anything that needs improvement? Perhaps it is simply too perfect! To be honest, my fiancée and I felt a little nervous when we first arrived because neither of us speaks English very well. However, we are incredibly grateful for the patience, understanding, and kindness of every staff member at The Bale. You made us feel comfortable and welcome, allowing us to enjoy a truly wonderful and relaxing holiday. First, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to Ms. NaNa. Even though we were in different locations, she went above and beyond to arrange and prepare every detail of our itinerary and plans. Everything was thoughtfully organized and perfectly prepared, making our experience truly special. Next, a huge thank-you to Sulastri and Jamil for providing us with such an incredible and relaxing massage experience. It was exactly what we needed to unwind and enjoy some peaceful moments together. We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to our yoga instructor, Dewi Darma, for giving us such a wonderful yoga experience. The class was amazing, relaxing, and truly enjoyable. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and guiding us through such a memorable session. It was a special experience that added even more value to our stay at The Bale. We would also like to thank Viktor and the other gentleman who kindly provided transportation for us whenever and wherever we needed it. Your willingness to help us at any time meant a lot to us, and we truly appreciate your kindness and dedication. We are also deeply grateful to everyone who helped prepare our proposal decorations. There was a young lady whose name I unfortunately did not get to know, but I want to sincerely thank you for all your hard work and effort in preparing the beautiful setup for our special moment. The best place in Bali to stay. The resort itself is stunning, the villa was huge and has the most luxurious comforts. The staff at The Bale are something else. Every single one of them was great. Can't thank enough Yudi, Gobby and Ari We really can't wait to be back at The Bale, hopefully soon.

We had a wonderful stay at The Bale in Nusa Dua. The facilities are luxurious and well maintained, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Every member of the team was warm, friendly and attentive throughout our stay and their genuine hospitality made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The spa services were excellent and we also took part in the cooking class with Chef Benny, which was a real highlight. It was a fun and authentic experience and we learnt so much while creating delicious dishes. The restaurant was also excellent, with consistently good food and great service. It was also a bonus having the complimentary shuttle service available which made it so easy to get around locally. Thank you to everyone at The Bale for making our holiday so memorable. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to return in the future!

We stayed for 7 nights and had a wonderful relaxing holiday. The villas are really spacious and having your own pool and day bed and loungers is great. The toiletries provided were lovely and even insect repellent that worked a treat. Rooms were serviced and replenished daily and having a kettle to make hot drinks was great. The staff all of them are amazing and hard to single any one out. They looked after us so well. Food was fresh and beautifully presented. Tapas bar and Flames were both excellent We loved the spa having a couple of massages and a facial they were so relaxing and the ladies were lovely and really professional Having an app to communicate with the reception was super speedy and efficient A great place to stay and we hope to return one day and highly recommend to anyone Thank you The Bale for a wonderful relaxing stay
