Beautiful hotel, lovely rooms and pool and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful -they really go out of their way to ensure that you have a lovely stay and receive everything which you need. I’d definitely stay again! ❤️

The staff are so welcoming and kind! It was my sisters birthday and made her day so special, I am so grateful!! They really went above and beyond 🙏🏼 The room was clean, spacious and the beds were very comfortable. They have everything you need to stay very comfortably. The common areas are great and I love having morning sws in the pool. I would definetly stay here again and recommend it to others 🙏🏼🥰

I’ve lived in Bali for 3 months as a digital nomad, and Astari villa was my favorite. Necessary to say I’ve tried fancy villas, guest houses and other type of accommodation. But the greenery and peace, also being close to Uluwatu beautiful beaches is amazing. Fancy villas are often closed up with walls and claustrophobic, Astari villa is overlooking forest. Have a rooftop massages. And the room, for the first time here, wasn’t full of ants. 🐜 the stuff as all Balinese people was just unreal, too kind for western people 😜highly recommend it. Definitely coming again.

When we arrived, no one at reception was available, and we had to wait until someone happened to come by. The staff were very uninterested in helping us, assigning us a parking space, or welcoming us. This same lack of interest continued throughout our stay, so much so that we didn't even get breakfast the next morning. The room is tidy, clean, and well-equipped. It has air conditioning, a TV, a mini-fridge, a hairdryer, bathrobes, a kettle, and an iron. Laundry service is offered. The bathroom is adequate—toiletries, toilet paper, and towels are provided. The pool looks clean, but the pool area is, as is typical for the area, heavily overgrown and unfortunately offers little ventilation, making it feel stuffy. However, overall, there's nothing seriously wrong with the medium-sized pool and the sunbathing area. The room, at the advertised price of approximately 400,000 IDR, is commensurate with the services provided. The nominal price of 1.5jt IDR on the booking websites would be grossly overpriced given the poor service provided by the staff and the inadequate breakfast.
