Fantastic accommodation. Great location in Sanur. Even though it's not on the beach there was a special area reserved for guests at the beach with shade, chairs and towels. Excellent buffet breakfast options. Comfortable beds. Nice pool area with good deals on food and drinks pool-side.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a really enjoyable stay at The 101 Bali Sanur and would happily recommend it. The location is great, with plenty around the hotel and easy access to everything Sanur has to offer. The food on site was also very good, which made it convenient when we didn’t feel like heading out. The staff were wonderful — friendly, helpful and always happy to assist. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade, which was a lovely bonus. They have a beautiful beach area for guests not far from the hotel there is cold drinks and fresh cut coconuts on offer. Our room was clean and tidy, and when we noticed that the shower head needed replacing, we mentioned it to reception and it was sorted out immediately. That kind of quick response really stood out to us. The pools were clean, well maintained and a really good temperature, making them a great place to relax. Overall, we had a great stay and felt very well looked after. We’d definitely stay at The 101 Bali Sanur again. 👍🇮🇩
We stayed here back in September and it was absolutely fantastic! The staff here are top-notch—incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. They organized a cooking class for our group, which turned out to be a highlight of the trip that everyone thoroughly enjoyed. The hotel's location is perfect. It's ideally situated, making it super easy to walk to nearby shops, restaurants, and the beach without any hassle. A special shoutout goes to Gus at the pool! He went above and beyond every single day, somehow remembering everyone’s name, room number, and drink preferences. Speaking of drinks, the beer at the pool bar was always served icy cold. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great service, fantastic hospitality, and a prime location in Sanur! We will be back!!
We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. We had a room with a loft, which was especially practical for our family of five and gave us plenty of space to stay comfortably. One thing to be aware of is that the rooms are quite noisy. We could hear our neighbours and sounds from the surrounding rooms quite clearly, which was sometimes a little disruptive. The breakfast was very good, with a buffet offering plenty of fresh products and a nice balance between Western and Balinese options. I also have a food allergy, and this was handled very well. The staff were very helpful and made sure my dietary requirements were taken into account, which I really appreciated. Most of all, we loved the people working here. Everyone was incredibly kind, warm and welcoming, and they really made us feel at home. Overall, a lovely hotel with clean and comfortable rooms, a great breakfast and genuinely wonderful people. We really enjoyed our stay!
Great hotel with very good service. Especially Apni in the restaurant had always a chat with us even in german. She was a perfect service member. When you read that please tell her. What should be improved is the ability to take a shower if you have a late flight and alredy checked out of the room. We had to leave the room at 12 and our transfer arrived at 8:30. So we wanted to shower just before the transfer. That is only possible at the pool with cold water outside. Overall a great hotel with top class service.
