Swan Paradise A Pramana Experience

The hotel is pretty and serene, and for the price, tbh it’s a steal. It’s also only around a 20-min bike ride from Ubud and Sanur. You get 1 hour of complimentary tennis court access during your stay, and it’s a grass court, which is pretty rare to find in Indonesia. There’s also padel courts 🎾 The restaurant has good food and drinks too, and the prices are very reasonable. Huge shoutout to the manager and staff for their hospitality, especially after I complained about the loud noises from the neighboring rooms. They moved me to a different building and even gave me a complimentary spa treatment as an apology. Tbh, the hospitality here beats some famous 5-star hotels I’ve stayed at. 10/10 for the service. There’s also a free shuttle to various locations, which is a nice touch. On the downside, the breakfast selection isn’t huge, and the hotel overall feels a little dated and could definitely use some refurbishment/renovation. But honestly, the establishment has hugeeee potential. All in all, it was a great experience for me and I’d definitely come back. ✨

We love Swan Paradise! We had our wedding there in July and we lived every minute! Our guests all commented that it was the perfect venue. The accommodation was excellent, the wedding venue was beautiful and we got exactly what we wanted. I wouldn't change a thing! Swan Paradise made our wedding very special! We had a really lovely 2-day stay at Swan. We actually chose Swan because we wanted to try playing tennis on their grass court, and honestly, it was such a fun and unique experience for us. The court was beautiful, the atmosphere was nice, and we really enjoyed spending time there. We stayed in the Superior Room facing the padel court, and the balcony view during sunset was absolutely beautiful. It made the stay feel even more relaxing and special. Of course, there were a few issues during our stay. On the first night, we found some cockroaches in the room, which was a little uncomfortable. But what we appreciated was how fast and professional the staff handled it. The next morning during breakfast, they personally apologized and kindly offered us a room upgrade. In the second room, there was a small water leak issue. Again, the team reached out to us immediately, apologized sincerely, and even upgraded our room once more, even though they honestly did not have to. We really appreciated the effort and care they showed throughout our stay. A special thanks to Mr. Hendra, the Manager, who was very responsible, communicative, informative, and polite from the beginning until the end of our stay. You can tell he genuinely cares about the guest experience. The breakfast was also really good and delicious with plenty of varieties to choose from. There are definitely a few things that could be improved, especially the cleanliness of the shower room and powder room near the tennis area, as they looked like they were rarely used. But overall, we still had a wonderful experience at Swan because of the warm hospitality and how well the team handled every situation. Would definitely love to come back again for the grass court experience.
