Swan Keramas Bali Villas

The staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and helpful throughout our stay. We felt truly comfortable and well taken care of from start to finish. Communication with reception was especially seamless via WhatsApp, and the daily housekeeping was prompt and spotless. We had such a lovely time as a family, easily balancing pure relaxation with quality time with our child. The wellness experience was a real highlight—the massage was wonderful, and the complimentary 30-minute spa session was a very thoughtful touch. They also went out of their way to arrange a floating breakfast for us, which was an unforgettable treat. A couple of small things to keep in mind: the sea was extremely wavy during our visit, and the buffet breakfast spread unfortunately lacked Indian vegetarian options. Adding a few Indian vegetarian choices would make the dining experience much better for international travelers. Overall, it was a wonderful, relaxing stay, and we would happily return!

We had such a beautiful time at Desa Swan! All of the staff are very helpful and welcoming. The restaurant was consistently good. Everyone speaks English well so it is easy to communicate allergies and they remembered everything about us (including our drink orders) morning and night. It was a pleasure to stay here. This place is one of its kind. From the villas to the restaurant to the staff. Everything was top notch. Would definitely highlight the customer service, the staff is so friendly, welcoming and responds immediately to everything. The villas are clean and had no tension about any lizard or anything as the resort takes the pesticide thing very seriously. The restaurant was unexpectedly so good throughout all the cuisines. Loved the place, amazing stay. Highly highly recommended.

We traveled in a family of 3 (including a 2 year old). We had a great time, room was beautiful and spacious. They have a restaurant in front of the beach and with a good breakfast included. One of the things that was very handy is that they have a shuttle that can pick us up and drop us off everywhere in the area, including their restaurant, mini markets and places around.
