We had a wonderful stay at Suarti Boutique Village in Ubud. The property is beautifully designed with traditional Balinese charm, surrounded by lush greenery and a peaceful atmosphere that makes it feel like a hidden retreat. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the entire village was exceptionally well maintained. What truly made our stay special was the hospitality of the staff. Everyone was warm, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the overall service exceeded our expectations. Despite being close enough to explore Ubud's attractions, the resort feels calm and secluded, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. We would highly recommend Suarti Boutique Village to anyone looking for an authentic and tranquil Bali experience. Looking forward to visiting again! 🌿✨

We stayed in the 2-bedroom villa with a private pool in Ubud and overall had a pleasant stay. The villa itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the private pool was a great feature for relaxing. The breakfast was served à la carte rather than buffet, but the food was good and nicely prepared. One thing we were not very happy about was being charged for a new bedsheet after my kids accidentally made a very small colouring mark (just a tiny dot). While we understand the need to maintain the property, charging for a full replacement felt a bit unreasonable. Also, due to heavy rain during our stay, the walkway leading to the villa was flooded, which made access a bit inconvenient.

Had a wonderful stay at Suarti Boutique Village! The property is beautiful, peaceful, and full of Balinese charm, but what truly made the experience special was the staff. They were incredibly helpful, kind, and always went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. From the warm welcome to the small thoughtful gestures throughout, their hospitality really stood out and made me feel at home. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the pool area was relaxing, and the overall atmosphere was very serene ,perfect for a getaway in Ubud. Highly recommend Suarti Boutique Village for anyone visiting Bali. A lovely place with even lovelier people! 🌿✨

We saw the high rating on Booking.com and decided to book four nights at this hotel, which is advertised as a “4-star hotel.” Unfortunately, our experience was far from what we expected. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a pile of garbage and wooden debris near the reception area. While our luggage was being transported to our room by the receptionist, it was damaged. Our room had a bad smell, and the view was nothing like the pictures online. Instead of a scenic landscape, there was a rice field and a construction site right behind it. The bathroom had mold, and many fixtures were loose – including the sink and tap. The bathroom door was also difficult to open properly. We had a private pool, and in the first evening my girlfriend and I went for a swim. Afterwards, we noticed that her blonde hair had turned green and blue from the pool water. We had to go to a hair salon the very next day to have the chemicals removed from her hair. If you’re looking for a free hair dye, this might be the place – otherwise, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The only positive aspect was that we were able to check out the next morning after our first night, and a refund was issued. In my opinion, this hotel does not deserve its 4-star rating. It would be more accurate to say it doesn’t deserve any stars at all.
