Sri Phala Resort & Villa

Summary - everything was amazing. The rooms were spacey and comfortable, outfitted with everything needed for comfortable stay. Despite relative proximity to the main busy road, the noise level was manageable. Both the room and the resort area were very clean and well maintained. We very much appreciated the spa and restaurant directly in the resort area - the garden itself is beautiful (especially at night) and every single person from the staff was super nice and helpful. Overall, great value and experience for a rather modest price. Highly recommended choice if you are staying in the area. We especially want to praise the staff members we interacted the most with - masseuse Ari in the spa and Dwipa, Mira, Riyan and Sri from the restaurant staff, they were all truly amazing and added a lot to the experience. Thank you!

We had a wonderful 2 nights' stay at Sri Phala. What a gem in Sanur!! Everything was fantastic, from check-in, friendly and helpful staff, delicious lunch and dinner, beautiful well-kept gardens and crystal clear swimming pools. The buffet style breakfast exceed our expectations!! Our room was spacious and clean and the mattress the best ever! Thank you for a memorable stay. We will definitely recommend your little heaven in Bali to fellow travellers.

We had a wonderful time at Sri Phala. It was the best accommodation we’ve stayed at in Bali. The staff were so friendly and made the place feel like home. The room was comfortable, peaceful and very clean. We also enjoyed the location as it was close to many great restaurants and cafes. Breakfast was a joy as was everything we ate in the restaurant. Thanks especially to Dwipa and Mira! The pool areas and gardens were also lovely to spend time in. We definitely plan to come back to Sanur and Sri Phala in the future.

We arrived quite late, but the front desk staff welcomed us warmly and provided excellent service. I chose this hotel because it’s only about an 8-minute walk to Sanur Harbour, which made it very convenient for catching an early ferry without having to wake up too early. Although breakfast officially starts at 7:00 a.m., the hotel kindly offers a packed breakfast if you let them know you’re taking an earlier ferry. It was a thoughtful and convenient service that we really appreciated. Our room was already nicely cooled with the air conditioning on when we arrived, which was a lovely touch after a long day of traveling. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and the food was tasty and reasonably priced. There’s even direct access to Sanur Beach through the back of the hotel, although we didn’t get a chance to explore it since it was already late. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially if you’re taking a ferry from Sanur Harbour.
