Run away! Problems started right at check-in. It began with a staff member, who appeared to be of a different gender like LGBTQ+ , repeatedly asking for my name, refusing to check my passport, and unable to find my name in the computer. They also asked for my booking number multiple times and seemed uninterested in any interaction. Upon entering the room, the bathroom drain was extremely slow, the floor was covered in hair from the previous guest, stained, sticky, and had cobwebs and maggots on the ceiling. was dusty and dirty, as if the cleaning staff had only mopped but hadn't adequately cleaned it. The air conditioning was malfunctioning; it was incredibly hot and very dirty!!!! I informed the check-in staff, but no immediate solutions were implemented. And my friend's room was dirty. And there are problems in every room. But the other staff were good, and the breakfast was delicious.

GO AWAY, DON’T COME HERE!!! I booked this place because the photos online looked nice and near to dive shop, but reality was completely different. - Dirty and dusty room: Everything-table, wall, floor, mirror, kettle, fridge, wardrobe-was covered in dust, as if the room hadn’t been cleaned or maintained for a very long time. - Broken equipment: Shelf and tap were damaged, and the room felt old and neglected. Reception told me the maid would only come the next day, so I had to spend an hour cleaning the room myself. - Worse in other rooms: My friend’s bathroom filter was blocked, causing water to flood the toilet. Reception said the engineer would fix it the next day. - Poor service: Staff at the reception desk lacked communication skills and didn’t show any service-minded attitude. This was supposed to be a pool-access room, but instead it was a nightmare. Absolutely not worth it.
My room was nice but I missed the description that there’s no elevator and it was on the third floor have any problems so it makes it difficult for me to go up downstairs a lot. I asked about changing a room, but they said they were full, which is in their fault track from my experience in the hotel. The hotel needs some maintenance. The staff was very kind. I had a problem with my hot water for the first two days I didn’t have any I was told there wasn’t a problem and then on the third day my hot water started working definitely if you have a problem with steps request the first floor the location was great the restaurant across the street was beautiful and it’s a great coffee place right down the street called the gecko, the pool is nice, but it needs some service. The lighting doesn’t work just trying to be honest and not sugarcoat anything there is no on site restaurant or bar anymore. I didn’t look real close to description on Agoda so it pays to check that out and look at the reviews before you come. Hope this helps cheers.
The best thing about this hotel is that is close to the beaches and nearby mall. In the room, the aircon did not work properly, the lights did not work properly, the room was not cleaned daily and coffee, sugar or toilet paper never restocked. Always had to ask reception. Upon check out the hotel kept the security deposit as I dropped a tiny bit of lipstick on a towel. Would not recommend to travellers.
A fair stay in Sanur, Bali Despite the negative reviews out there, I personally feel this hotel is still pretty fair in terms of what they offer. I booked via Agoda and got a really good price — honestly, still worth it for what you get. I stayed for 2 nights during weekdays. The room was quite spacious, though the floor felt a bit dusty when I first arrived. It wasn’t a big deal tho, since after I asked for cleaning, it was properly taken care of the next day. The bathroom worked just fine. It looked slightly worn/used, but still acceptable and nothing that really bothered me. Service-wise, everything was clear and smooth — no miscommunication at all. The only downside is the lack of direct contact to the hotel. I couldn’t find any contact info except through Agoda, and even on Google Maps it redirects to OYO central instead. Overall, still worth trying, especially if you’re planning to explore Sanur a lot and just need a comfy place to stay 👍
