Sense Sunset Hotel Seminyak

The hotel is very noisy and uncomfortable. I haven’t been able to sleep properly, especially at night. There are people constantly running, shouting and making a lot of noise in the corridors. My room also has no window, which makes it even more uncomfortable. It is now 11 PM and the noise is still very loud. Someone needs to take responsibility and make sure the hotel is quiet at night. Please do something about this immediately.

The hotel is nice and stylish, with a spacious room. The bed in the Superior room was so huge that my wife actually lost me in it during the night. It was also great that there was no mold in the shower, which is rare for budget hotels. Cons: very poor sound insulation — you can hear all the neighbors and the noise from the hotel lobby. The air conditioner was extremely loud, so we had to turn it off to fall asleep. What could be improved: there was only one power outlet near the bed, and the bedside tables were placed too far away, making it inconvenient to reach for a phone or a glass of water.

I think this hotel is worth the price. Although the hotel might be a little outdated, but the staffs are friendly. The location is quite near to the beach. There is a minimarket near the hotel. The pool is not too large, but quite comfy. Tips: ask for the room with balcony or pool side, although it might cost more, but it worth the price.

No complaints. Amazing service and ambience. Positive and always smiling staff, understanding English pretty well. Even provided us with multi plug to charge our devices as Indonesia has different plug types. Must try their coconut water.
