Highly Recommended! We think this is a fantastic hotel! The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The housekeeping team deserves a special mention and definitely gets five stars from us. Our room was cleaned every day, and everything was neatly replenished. Exactly as it should be! Breakfast is served until 11:00 a.m., and even if you arrive a little later, the staff will still welcome you. We really appreciate this flexibility. In addition to the buffet, you can also order other dishes. The hotel is centrally located in a busy and lively area, but surprisingly, you can’t hear any of the outside noise in your room. This makes it easy to relax and get a good night's sleep. Complimentary fruit-infused water and coffee are available in the lobby, which is a lovely extra touch. All in all, a wonderful hotel with friendly staff, excellent housekeeping, and outstanding service. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel!

Great location- can get to many places by foot. Lots of restaurants nearby. We had buffet breakfast once at the hotel and it was a good spread with many options for vegetarians, including fried rice if you ask them. The guy in restaurant was really helpful and friendly at breakfast and explained all the options. The rooms were standard small rooms with comfy bed, no opening window and a bathroom with glass panels!?! We had a curtain along the inside of the panels which restricts the space inside the shower, and makes it awkward to use the towel rail which is then covered up by the curtain. There is a clothes hanging wire to dry wet clothes in the shower area, but in such an enclosed room with no air, nothing really dries quickly. Our son’s had a room with the panelling being opaque/frosted glass so didn’t need the shower curtain inside. Very strange design to use glass in the first place- no privacy! Our safe got stuck first day and we reported it on our way out, only to find it had been fixed and left open on our return- very careless of the hotel to allow that to happen, and to access safe without customer present, and then to leave it unlocked while we were out! We stayed 3 nights, and it served the purpose of a place to stay in Ubud while we travelled. We were not in the room much, but wouldn’t stay for longer or if wanting to actually relax and hang out at the hotel. We didn’t get a chance to use their pool, and they did have some rooms with balconies overlooking the pool.

We stayed at SenS Hotel & Spa for 4 nights. We loved it so much! The staff were the best part. They were all so lovely and friendly. We will definitely be coming back and will recommend to anyone travelling to Bali. 10/10 for everything - food, rooms, service and location. If you're looking for a hotel to stay in, in Ubud, look no further! It was clean, and the reception was helpful, friendly and kind. The toilet also had a bidet, shower had heater and good water pressure. Special shout out to Benny who looked out for me as he knew that I was a solo female traveler and spoke really fluent English! There was also another receptionist that also looked out for me and was prepared and waited for me to check in as I checked in really late at night, but unfortunately I did not get his name. The hotel room I stayed in had a tv that did not work but that issue was quickly resolved after I called the receptionist and they had a technician that helped me to fix the issue within 20-30 minutes. He was also really respectful as he also quickly realised that I was staying in the room alone and it was late at night. The location of the hotel was also great, there were restaurants and a convenience store (like 7eleven) nearby! Taxi drivers or gojek motorcyclists did not have any issues locating this hotel and the pick up/drop off is also safe. I would definitely recommend and come back to this hotel if I were to stay in Ubud again!
