The resort is wonderful, great facilities & atmosphere. Caters for everyone. The roof top pool was relaxing but what made my experience incredible & memorable was the exceptional customer service, the consistency in the service from the reception to the dining & pool staff, they all went above & beyond. a special mention to the Manager Adi, met me with a warm welcome & displayed professionalism. Also, good location. Highly recommend!
Wonderful hotel and beautiful staff! Me and my husband stayed here to celebrate my birthday and our honeymoon, the staff have gone above and beyond to make this stay memorable. The rooms are nice, clean and spacious and the bed is so comfortable! The rooftop and pool area is gorgeous and we were so relaxed. They have wonderful wellness amenities including a full gym, Pilates, sauna, jacuzzi and cold plunge. Food was also delicious and the location is really good, so close to everything including Finns beach club. We even extended our stay because we loved it so much! Terima Kasih, Secana beachtown we will be back every time we come to Bali 🙏
Great lifestyle hotel with outstanding service
Secana truly delighted us! If you are looking for a modern 5-star hotel, this is the place to be. The private villas are generously spacious and offer a lot of room and privacy.
Rather than classic quiet and nature, the hotel focuses on a dynamic concept: great music in the restaurant and around the pool creates a fantastic, lively atmosphere. Although the hotel does not have its own private beach, the beach is just a few steps away and nearly empty.
The service team deserves a special mention: it is rare to experience staff so attentive and fast. Every request is handled immediately – you simply never have to wait. Highly recommended!
The rooftop bar was fantastic with a great atmosphere, and I really enjoyed the gym, sauna, and ice bath facilities, which were all well-maintained and added so much to the experience.
The breakfast each morning was excellent, with plenty of delicious options, and the level of service from all the staff was exceptional.
A special thank you to Bella, who went above and beyond to help me during my visit. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with anything I needed. Her kindness and dedication truly made my experience even more memorable.
I highly recommend this place and would happily return again. Thank you to Bella and the entire team for such a wonderful experience!
I stayed at Secana Beachtown for a little over a month, and from the moment I arrived, the entire team made me feel welcome. The staff were always friendly, professional, and quick to help whenever I had a special request.
I was lucky enough to be there for Secana’s 2nd anniversary celebration, and the rooftop event was one of the highlights of my time there. It was an amazing experience and a great reflection of the sense of community that Secana creates.
Whether you're staying for a few days or, like me, for over a month, I can't recommend Secana Beachtown highly enough. It truly felt like a home away from home, and it's a place I'll definitely return to in the future.
