We are coming back again to be spoiled and treated like royalty. The place is not perfect, needs a little refreshing, but in no way does it affect your stay. The staff takes care of everything. Very relaxing.

We had a girls trip to Bali from Australia recently, and based ourselves at Sanur Residence. It turned out perfect - being able to have a quiet base to come back to each day away from the hustle and bustle...and the extra level of service that we received from our local hosts was exceptional. We felt very cared for! A special shout out to our driver Parsa that took us out each day to see the sights - nothing was a hassle. We can't wait to go back!!

Booked a villa in advance, then booked expensive airline tickets to come visit, they cancelled it 2 months before because of a wedding. Not a very nice thing to do, and one speculates they wanted a premium cash return, rather than to honour existing commitments. Just know that this is the way this place works - unreliable.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay in Sanur Residence. Each room was spacious and cozy, the building and might looked old but everything was so clean and worked quite well. I personally love the view from the residence, day and night! The pool, the boats that came across from the harbor, the flowers. Unfortunately the day I came the flowers were not fully bloomed, would be incredible if the flowers were fresh and fully grown! And also they just wanted to harvest the corn, hence the color was brown not green, but that was ok: The staff was also nice and helpful! In my opinion, this place is perfect for staying with family, friends or maybe an outing. Since the living room was so huge and the dinnerware were complete ☺️
