I recently stayed at this hotel for a workshop. It is an older hotel, however, the room I stayed in was recently renovated and lovely, the bed was huge and very comfortable. There is a kettle, fridge and safe in the room. The location is very good, being only 5 minutes from Kuta bridge and lots of shops, spas and restaurants within the immediate vicinity. The staff was very kind and helpful, they went beyond the call of duty to help us at the workshop. We used the biggest meeting room, which was well equipped with a sound system and projector. The staff tried their best to accommodate our needs. The snacks for the workshop were really nice and generous. We ate all our meals there and the food was good, although not very varied. Breakfast in particular was pretty uninspired. The only minor complaint I would have is that because the meeting room was right next to the breakfast area and the "egg station", in the morning the room smelt a lot like fried food which made one participant slightly nauseous. The whole venue was clean. I had a lovely massage at their spa. One of the highlights of the hotel is the rooftop swimming pool which is a good size and nice and quiet!

A wonderful place to stay in Kuta! I stayed here for 4 days and had a very comfortable experience with absolutely no issues. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. The location is excellent right in the main market, with shops, money exchanges, local markets and daily essentials just a few minutes’ walk away. Kuta Beach is also around a 5-minute walk, and the rooftop swimming pool is a great bonus! Special thanks to Ms. Fera, Ms. Aqela and Mr. Angga for being so friendly and helpful. They made us feel very comfortable and guided us whenever we needed suggestions around Kuta. If you’re visiting Kuta, I would definitely recommend staying here!
It's an older hotel that has undergone some renovations and my room was clean with a comfy bed. Ihave to say there were bugs in the shower, one day, but other than that my room was okay. The pool was area was nice and busy too. The strength of the hotel ate the marvelous staff. They were all very nice and helpful and the concierge desk, had cheerful receptionist, like Fera, who greeted me with a smile, every time they saw me. The restaurant also cooks some delicious dishes. The hotel is located in a tourist area with plenty of shops, laundry options, bars and restaurants within steps.
We stayed here for 3 nights. It is located at a prime location easily accessible to airport, market , harbour etc.. the hospitality and the service provided was very good. Front office staff Fera was very friendly and helped us have a pleasant stay. The breakfast provided was also very good and hygienic. Only issue was the bathroom facilities could have been better as the water drainage was not so good. Overall the experience was good and recommended.
