Radisson Blu Bali Uluwatu

Great hotel with a few disappointing issues Overall, we had a great stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the grounds and pool were beautiful, and the breakfast was excellent. The fresh fruit station was a particularly nice touch. On the downside, the hotel is quite a distance from the main road. They do provide a shuttle service three times a day, which is helpful, but if those times don't suit—or you're returning after dinner—it's a long, dark walk unless you take a taxi or Grab. The biggest disappointment was the advertised kids' club, which was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. In reality, it's not a supervised kids' club at all—it's simply a playroom where parents are required to stay with their children. There are only two one-hour supervised activities each day, which isn't enough time to go shopping or enjoy some time as a couple. We felt the advertising was misleading. The other issue was the shower design. The taps spray water under the shower door, making it easy to get water all over the bathroom floor. The controls are also very temperamental, and it's easy to accidentally switch on the overhead rain shower. To make matters worse, the handheld shower has no holder at a practical height, so you either have to hold it the entire time or use the overhead shower and get your hair wet. It's a poor design that could easily be improved. Despite these issues, we still enjoyed our stay. However, the misleading advertising of the kids' club and the poorly designed shower took away from what otherwise would have been an excellent experience.

We had a wonderful stay from check-in to check-out, spent five nights in a Deluxe Forest View, which was very secluded and peaceful. The pool in the villa area overlooked the Indian Ocean, making a relaxing atmosphere. The main pool was magnificent. Breakfast was good and despite the number of guests, it never felt crowded or chaotic. The food at the pool restaurant was also very good.

We stayed here for the first time for a friends wedding, we were blessed with an upgrade to a new villa no 916. We cannot praise this beautiful resort highly enough, the staff especially Widi are such lovely people, the food is delicious & the whole experience has left us wanting more. Thank you Radisson Blu for such a wonderful time. We will be back. 5 stars is not enough to rate this resort.

We recently stayed in the Radisson’s brand new one bedroom suite with pool for our honeymoon. It was exceptional. Defied our expectations. This was our third stay at the Radisson Blu Uluwatu and this room made it by far the best. Basically didn’t want to leave the hotel. So perfect for our honeymoon and the staff as always were amazing. Thank you so much we will see you back there again soon!
