Amazing location, beautiful rooms (we stayed in Pandu) and extremely helpful and kind staff! We also got a free 30min Massage at the Spa which was one of the best I've ever had and one free laundry service and a cute blessing ceremony. The breakfast was also super yummy. It's incredible how it's such a local place in the middle of the city and yet so quiet and peaceful, a true escape. We also loved our driver Arya who was very kind and reliable. 10/10 we'll visit again!
We’ve been travelling for around three weeks, and Puri Saraswati Dijiwa Ubud has been our favourite stay by far! I honestly can’t believe a place this beautiful exists. From the moment we arrived and experienced the welcome blessing ceremony, we knew this place was something special. The traditional Balinese rooms, the serene and peaceful atmosphere, and the incredible location were all absolutely perfect. It feels like stepping into another world, surrounded by so much beauty, culture, and tranquillity. The staff were all so kind, warm, and welcoming, making our stay even more special. And the breakfast? Absolutely to die for! Every detail of this place made our experience unforgettable. If you’re visiting Ubud, we cannot recommend Puri Saraswati Dijiwa enough. It’s truly a little slice of paradise, and we would return in a heartbeat. One of those rare places you wish you could stay at forever! ❤️
We had such an amazing 5-star experience staying at Puri Saraswati Dijiwa. Our 2-bedroom family suite was super traditional with a great balcony, and everything was spotlessly clean. The grounds are filled with beautiful gardens that make the place feel so serene, and you really can't beat the location. You’re right in Ubud center, so everything you need is just steps away the moment you walk out. Breakfast at Café Lotus was incredible too, especially with those stunning views over the Water Temple. Warm Bali hospitality at its finest—it was the perfect place to just relax, unwind, and recharge. We already can't wait to come back!
This was a fantastic 7 day stay for me and my family. The location is perfect in walking distance to most main attractions. The rooms are comfortable with great air con. Staff go above and beyond! They are a great team from the ones in the front desk to the staff in the restaurant who to be honest made the stay memorable. The breakfasts were amazing and sitting in the restaurant with the views of the lotus ponds was spectacular. Unbeatable place that none of us wanted to leave.
I spent the last three nights of my trip to Bali at Puri Saraswati Dijiwa, and it was the perfect place to end my stay. The location is truly ideal, right in the heart of everything in Ubud, yet somehow the rooms remain quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. As a female solo traveler, feeling safe is so important to me, and I felt completely comfortable and secure throughout my entire stay. The atmosphere is calm, the property is well-kept, and the staff are always present and attentive, which added to that sense of ease. The food at Lotus Café was absolutely delicious, and the included breakfast was a highlight each morning. There was a great variety of options, and the portions were very generous. It felt like such a treat to start the day there. The room itself was comfortable and clean. The water pressure and temperature were excellent, the air conditioning worked perfectly (which is a must in Bali), and I appreciated that bottled water was provided and restocked daily. What really made the experience special, though, was the staff. They were incredibly welcoming from the moment I arrived and continued to greet me by name throughout my stay, which made everything feel very personal and warm. For the price, this stay exceeded my expectations. Overall, I was very pleased and would absolutely recommend Puri Saraswati Dijiwa Ubud to anyone visiting Ubud.
