Lovely hotel stay. Big and spacious with all rooms surrounding a lovely pool. Poolside restaurant of an evening with a live band on the pool island is a nice atmospheric touch. Spa and gym were excellent 👌 Only down was bathroom was very small for 2 people. Happy to recommend

Love this hotel! It was my second visit. Staff are so helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and fresh. My main reason to visit this hotel is the access to the sauna, jacuzzi, ice bath and gym facilities. The spa is also fantastic. I had a great facial with one of the spa therapists. Another totally enjoyable stay and will be back! Please note: If you wish for a quiet time around the pool be sure to go early in the morning or outside of school holidays!! It gets busy with kids having fun!

Prime Plaza Hotel Sanur provided a comfortable and relaxing stay during our time exploring Bali. The hotel offered an impressive range of facilities, with the large swimming pool being a particular highlight. Surrounded by tropical gardens and plenty of areas to relax, it provided a welcome place to cool down and unwind after exploring Sanur and the surrounding region. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with everything we needed during our stay. The hotel is a large resort-style property, but the landscaped grounds and open spaces created a relaxed atmosphere. The team were friendly, professional and attentive throughout our visit. Check-in was efficient, and staff were always welcoming and available when we required assistance. The onsite dining options were convenient and offered a good selection of meals and drinks. Breakfast provided plenty of variety, with both Indonesian and international options available. The location provided convenient access to Sanur, including the beach, restaurants, cafés, shopping and local attractions. Transport was readily available when required, making the hotel a practical base for exploring other parts of Bali. Prime Plaza Hotel Sanur offered a comfortable combination of spacious accommodation, extensive facilities, tropical surroundings and attentive service. A good option for couples, families and travellers looking for a relaxing resort-style stay in Sanur. We enjoyed our visit and would happily recommend the hotel. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options and was one of the highlights of the hotel. The location is also very convenient, with Sanur beach only about a 10-minute walk away. The main issue we experienced was the lack of fresh air in the room. Since the windows cannot be opened, the only way to ventilate the room is by opening the door. Around midnight, we left the door open by just a few centimeters to let some fresh air circulate. A short while later, someone pushed the door open. I went to check and a staff member apologized immediately. The next day, the manager professionally reviewed the security camera footage and explained that it was a security guard checking the room. We appreciated the manager's response, but we believe it would have been much better if the guard had knocked first before attempting to open the door. A practical improvement would be to have at least one window that can be opened and fitted with a mosquito screen, allowing guests to enjoy fresh air safely without insects entering the room. The hotel is also quite large, so depending on your room location, it can be a long walk to the restaurant or other facilities. In addition, the pool area could benefit from more sunbeds, as there don't seem to be enough for the number of guests during busy periods. Despite these points, we enjoyed our stay and appreciate the professional way the management handled our concern.
