Pramana Natura Nusa Penida

I wish I could give more than 5 stars to this place. Had a truly wonderful stay. Nanda at the front desk was extremely helpful, professional, and even surprised us with a complimentary cake. The room had a beautiful ocean view and we enjoyed a stunning sunset right from the balcony. The dining restaurant had a great ambience, the food was tasty, and breakfast offered good variety with room service available. Definitely returning to this property.

* Stayed in the Royal Pool Villa and loved the experience. * The views are absolutely breathtaking. * The staff were friendly, polite, and always helpful. * Special thanks to Ryan at the Front Office for taking care of everything throughout our stay. * The food was great, with good Indian options available. * No place is perfect, and there are a few minor improvements needed. * The flooring, lighting, and some furniture need maintenance. * The private pool had some dirt and a few insects. Being close to the jungle and beach, it’s understandable, and daily cleaning would waste a lot of water. * I didn’t complain, but informing guests beforehand would help set expectations. * Overall, these are minor issues. The hospitality and views make this property HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

We were absolutely blown away by how much we fell in love with our stay at Pramana Natura. While the initial drive into the property was admittedly bumpy and a bit harrowing, the destination was worth every second. The resort itself is immaculate, spacious, and incredibly welcoming. The sunsets here are truly magical—whether you’re watching from the comfort of your room or lounging by the pool. We ended up eating all our meals on-site and only wish we had stayed longer to try more. Every single dish was delicious, and the cocktails were extraordinary. We especially loved how the food and drink menus thoughtfully incorporated local ingredients, sharing a genuine piece of Nusa Penida with us. Beyond the resort, we booked a private snorkeling tour through them, which allowed our family of four to swim with manta rays and an array of colorful fish and coral. We also spent half a day at Crystal Bay, sharing the ocean floor with gorgeous fish and turtles! It was a truly magical experience. We highly recommend staying at Pramana rather than just doing a day trip to the island—it makes all the difference.

We had a lovely stay overall. The views were absolutely stunning, and our hotel room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The staff were all friendly, although there were some communication challenges at times. Unfortunately, the in-room coffee experience was absolutely horrific—I would strongly recommend avoiding it. A special thank you to the restaurant manager, who was an absolute darling. She went above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. Her warmth and exceptional service truly stood out and made a lasting impression. Overall, with a few improvements in communication and the coffee, this hotel has the potential to be outstanding.
