Definitely one of the best places we have ever stayed! We spent six nights here and absolutely loved it. We had several day trips planned, but the accommodation was so beautiful and relaxing that we decided to cancel our plans for two days and simply stay and enjoy the property.
The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection, and the staff were absolutely wonderful, friendly, attentive, and always helpful. Everything about our stay was amazing, and we truly felt comfortable and relaxed throughout our time here.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
What a wonderful experience staying at Pramana Giri Kusuma! I especially loved the pristine swimming pool nestled beside the forest. It created such a peaceful atmosphere and made me feel truly connected with nature. The staff were warm, friendly, and always happy to help. The room was beautiful, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, making for a very relaxing stay. I would definitely love to come back.
The Serenity, the efficiency of the staff, and of course the location. We were completely melded with nature. Our 7-night stay was a little surreal at times, surrounded by such natural beauty. You are truly submerged in the jungle, away from road noise and shops, it is in every way perfect. The Staff were always accommodating, nothing was too difficult. The consistency across all departments was amazing from management, to Hospitality, and certainly, the restaurant staff, who were always welcoming, with a smile and a can do attitude, especially Aprin, Yunita, Tara, Deva, in fact all were wonderful. The chef Adi, was talented, approachable and friendly. This was our second time visiting the Jack Fruit restaurant at the resort, as we spent a lot of time there during our stay last year at the adjacent Sacred Beji.
Our river suite accommodation was wonderful, with the most perfect outlook of the canyon and the jungle canopy. We loved the whole experience, Sadly, even though we stayed 7 nights, it still seemed to short. The location is just amazing. Waking up in the morning with the jungle next to you just makes you disconnect from reality.
If you are seeking peace and serenity, this is the place to achieve it.
I dreamed of staying here for about 8 years and finally did it. What a gorgeous retreat for anyone wanting peace and quiet in nature, with choices of yoga, massage spa treatments, trekking, spiritual blessings, as well as eating delicious cuisine. The staff were helpful and very friendly. I would definitely recommend staying here.
Absolutely beautiful room, incredible view of the jungle, deep sense of privacy, and very clean and well maintained. Also, the staff are incredible, very warm, welcoming. As a vegan, I found no problem with eating delicious food options at the restaurant, the staff were very accommodating to my requests for soy and oat milk. Incredibly affordable for a wonderful experience. I’ll be back here again!
