We had a wonderful stay! The service was impeccable, and we would especially like to thank Gede, who was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. As he is currently a Trainee we sincerely hope he will have the opportunity to join the hotel as a permanent employee. He brings real added value to the hotel. His kindness and professionalism made our experience even more memorable

Sweet spot in Gili Trawangan We are repeated guests at Pearl Sunset Trawangan, and it seems we are not the only ones! We stay for 17 nights this time, and feel it as a second home. Here is why: - spacious room and balcony/terrace (important point for long stay!) - essentials are well covered, such as cleanliness, strong AC, clean water, comfy bed. - nice tropical garden, nice pool, beautiful bamboo restaurant, spacious beach front, quiet side of the island, sunset view. - the friendly and positive vibes from the smiling staff. Always helpful. - price; very very competitive with the facility and hospitality of almost 5 star hotel range. - The hotel is very much service-oriented, with a great team and leadership of a good manager. First class treatment ! 👌. From the moment you step in, you can tell that the standards are more upmarket than most other hotels. The Staff are very attentive without being overly intrusive. They keep busy and always say that if you need anything, just ask. I had recently had a knee injury, which was very swollen and was unsure as to whether it was going to improve or whether I needed it checked out. So, on the first day I asked to modify my booking in case I needed X Rays etc on the mainland. The professional and kind responses were.... "we can supply you with a wheelchair and or walking aids if you need them. We can deliver breakfast to your room and yes we can modify your booking and refund the duration already paid , which was non refundable." Amazing and we were so grateful and so relieved as we had a long flight booked home very soon.🙏 Rooms are modern and spacious enough. Everything worked fine. We had peace and quiet. Beds were a bit firm but comfortable enough. We both slept well. Breakfast is something of an extravagant feast. The best 👌. The upstairs restaurant is architecturally magnificent with a lovely vista. Plenty of comfy sunbeds both by the pool and beach, plenty of umbrellas for shade. Beach towels are supplied. Having cookies delivered to our room was a nice treat as we enjoy our cup of tea in the afternoon. It is approx 2kms from the Port so you may need to use the over priced horse & cart if you have luggage. Electric scooters are popular and lots of places to hire them from. Bicycles are also available to rent. Sunset side of gili T is our favourite part of the island but the sea is not good for swimming on this side. The roads have improved over the years but you still need to ride safely and be careful. Lots of restaurants close by but there is no need to go any further than the hotel's resto.Very reasonably priced and the food is delicious.😋 You can watch outdoor movies at a few different hotels on this side - for free, if you buy a couple of drinks. Service from all the Staff in all the hotel departments was outstanding. Overall, the best hotel we have stayed in thus far. There is obviously good management with good attention to detail and maintenance of these wonderful facilities. A fabulous experience. 🙏
