Great location and building room. Very private and lots to do around the area. Not stuck in traffic. Agus, the villa staff was very accommodating.

The Location was Great. The Apartment was generally very clean & quit. (No street Noise.)

Poor management! I recently completed a 2-night stay here, and it was one of the most stressful and violating experiences I have ever had. The staff and management demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and a total disregard for basic guest privacy and safety. During my short stay, staff repeatedly ignored official communication channels and treated my rented space as if they had open access to it. Here are the specific, unacceptable incidents that occurred: 1.Lack of Communication: Whenever I requested assistance via WhatsApp (such as asking for help with the oven), the staff didn’t replying to coordinate or asking for permission to visit, a staff member would just randomly show up and ring the bell without warning. 2.Unauthorized：When a power outage occurred, I messaged for help again. Receiving no reply from WhatsApp ,a staff member came to the my townhouse. Because I was upstairs on the second floor and couldn't get to the door immediately, the staff member used a key to unlock the door without permission.This is a terrifying violation of privacy and safety for any guest. 3. Random Pool Cleaning: There was zero scheduling or coordination for pool maintenance. Staff simply turned up at random times, making it impossible to relax privately. 4. Disregard for Agreed Schedules: On my second day, staff asked for my preferred cleaning time. I explicitly requested 2:00 PM. Instead of respecting this, they completely botched the schedule and came knocking at 11:00 AM. Knowing their pattern, I am certain that if I hadn’t answered, they would have just unlocked the door and walked in again. 5. Intrusive Check-Out Practice: To make matters worse, a staff member came and rang the doorbell at 11:57 AM, a few minutes before the official 12:00 PM check-out time. The last minutes of packing are already a rush, and being aggressively disturbed at the final second felt highly intrusive. I did not feel that guest privacy was respected at all; instead, it was repeatedly and severely violated during my stay.

Amazing stay here! Beautiful 2-story townhouse with a small private pool, fully equipped kitchen, stylish decor, quiet environment and excellent service/hospitality from team members like Yasa, Novi and Agus. The location is also close to many restaurants and bars in Canggu, but the environment is still quiet and conducive for a good night’s sleep. Highly recommended.
