Origin Seminyak

We stayed in a one bedroom private pool villa for 7 nights and had a great stay. The staff are fantastic. Always friendly. Can’t do enough for you. Hot breakfast delivered to your villa each morning. Location: so good. Literally right behind ‘eat street’ with a heap of delicious restaurants less than 2 min walk away. Villa located on a super quiet back laneway with almost no traffic so it’s super quiet. Some notes for those considering booking to clarify things I was confused about when I booked. Private pool villa: 10-12m pool. Crystal clear and great water temp. It’s pretty deep at the deep end and doesn’t have a fence around it or any safety steps at the deep end so might be better for older kids only. The villa is super private. We were in villa 5 right next to the laneway and there is a paddle ball court across the laneway. Didn’t have any issues sleeping with noise or music. Didn’t really hear or see any other guests. They have big gates that look like they connect between the villas so if you came with a few groups you could request side by side villas and unlock the gates between which would be cool. The villas are two story and the downstairs is all open air with the pool and deck without cover and then undercover living area, kitchen, huge dining table, gym, second full bathroom with toilet and shower, and a fish pond! Up some quite tall stairs is a huge master bed and ridiculously large bathroom. TVs that connect to Netflix upstairs and downstairs. The kitchen doesn’t have any cooking facilities but I think you can ask the management to bring some in. We didn’t feel like we needed it. I wouldnt recommend this villa for anyone who struggles with mobility, the stairs are quite tall and the first few steps are actually big blocks that are in the fish pond. It looks super cool but probably not great for those who aren’t super mobile. A few reviews mentioned the villas were a bit old. It’s true they show their age a bit and have a bit of wear and tear. But all round they keep them pretty clean and the staff did a great job making sure we had a great stay. Cleaning everyday and doing turn down at night including lots of mozzie coils and spraying for bugs etc downstairs as it’s open air. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks origin Seminyak!

Amazing experience, Value for money is amazing. 5 star level of service everyday we were there. Breakfast each morning brought to the room, laundry, turn down service, daily cleaning. Always asked for permission also to enter our room. We had studio number 8 and it was great, it’s very spacious you feel so relaxed, also lots of great amenities in the room, The bed was also super comfortable. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Seminyak, the location is in the heart of town and walking distance to everything. Big thanks to the staff, as they made this experience what it was.

I booked a studio but was upgraded to a one bedroom private pool villa. Overall, location is amazing! Walking distance to Seminyak Village and the beach, plenty of amenities and services nearby. Oh just a note - the villa is located in a narrow alley, so you will need a small car to drive in, or else you will have to carry your luggage to reach the entrance. The room itself was very impressive and I thoroughly enjoyed my very short time there. Breakfast served to the villa was top and very delicious! The service was also excellent for the very little that I required. One thing I would love to have are bathrobes and pool towels to make using the swimming pool more comfortable!

We had a wonderful stay at Origin Seminyak. From the friendly & helpful staffs to delicious breakfast and spacious villa. Villa is as pictured, it's clean, spacious, and 5min walk to Seminyak beach, square, and restaurants. Villa staffs are very attentive, my daughter was ill on our last night, they were trying to help by calling a medical doctor and continued to ask about how she was feeling even after we checked out. Breakfast was delicious and special pick-up from DPS airport was a plus. We will definitely stay here again.
