Staffs were all nice people, but the experience of living in the room was very uncomfortable. Originally, We booked the room of ‘Victoria’ via Agoda, but they said the room was fully booked so they upgraded our room to another type for free on the day we checked in. When we got into the room, there were 3 dead cockroaches, and the floor towel was dirty. There was no hairdryer and boiling kittle in the room, after we got the kittle, it’s very dirty too so we were afraid to use it. Also, we took a cold shower due to hot water was not stable and resulted in cold water at the end. Overall, we don’t recommend this hotel due to the cleanliness issue and the poor facility. I seldom leave comments but the experience was disappointed. If you are running a hotel, the basic things are focusing on the hygiene standard and the functionality of the facility. This place is beautiful, people are nice, just hope the things mentioned above can be better in the future.

I didn’t expect this good for such a low price. Despite stay for a night we have enjoyed so much. Security in front was very friendly, we were greeted by a lovely front desk lady I’m sorry to missed out asking for your name. She was very helpful and always smile, my wife just requested a Hairdryer it came within a minute. My daughter love the pool, the shower around the pool wasn’t working, we reported they fixed within a minute while brought us a towel. Very great service. Breakfast for this price was so good. With the Guy who cooks in the morning was also so helpful, kind and cooked a good omelette. Special thanks to the front desk lady. Highly recommended for those who is looking for budget relaxing hotels.

If you're looking for a quiet and spacious place to stay, Omatha Village is a good option. The location is quite strategic, where it's tucked in middle of Denpasar city. The staff were friendly and helpful, they welcomed me when I checked in around 11.30pm. Although there was no elevator, the security was very helpful, carrying my suitcase up to 3rd floor. The room itself was spacious with a balcony, a tv, and plenty of amenities. The bed sheet and towels were clean and the fridge was spacious. Sadly, there were were 2 downsides: 1. There were a lot of ants within the room & bathroom. 2. The toilet water stinks & it made the bathroom stinks as well. Overall I enjoyed my time in Omatha Vilage and I recommend anyone who's looking for a quiet & affordable place to stay.

I see a lot of negative reviews and honestly I don’t think they align to what I experienced. If you’re looking for something quiet, less tourists, some peace I would recommend here. It’s roughly 40 minutes from Densapar Airport and more local in location. The staff were attentive and accommodating to my needs. They offered complimentary buffet style breakfast and also have the option for food to be brought to your room. They have a dinner menu too. The room was decent, AC unit, and TV although it had no signal. My room had a balcony and kitchen with refreshments in the fridge. My nights were quiet and peaceful. I stayed 3 nights. If I could nitpick I’d recommend cleaner sheets, they were washed but with minor stains that remained. Other than that I have no complaints.
