Novotel Bali Ngurah Rai Airport

Perfect stop after a late arriving flight. Quick walk to the terminal for our domestic flight the next morning. Staff were all friendly and the room was really nice. I will definitely stay again next time for the convenience of walking distance to the terminals. We ordered 1x continental breakfast room service, it was a really good price for how much food we got. There was enough for 2 people. Had to wait approx 40 mins so make sure you ring in advance.

Novotel Bali The hotel is located between the international & domestic terminals. There are signs to indicate how to get there. If walking you follow the signs & will come to a foyer with a security guard - entry to the main part of the hotel is via elevator to level 2. If driving, you hop out of the car & go up the escalator to the security guard. Hotel check in was easy. There are 4 accomodation wings with the pool, spa & gym the central points close to reception. The hotel has a large open reception & restaurant area with lots of seating. There is a small bar close to the restaurant. The buffet breakfast is exceptional, so many food options for Western, Asian, Indian & vegan /vegetarian - even a kids section. We enjoyed the services of the spa & that is highly recommended. There are about 16 lounges by the pool & it has a kids section. The rooms are large & well appointed but had a musty smell when we first walked in, after putting on the air conditioner that smell was gone - guess it comes with being in the tropics. The premier lounge access had a lot of food available however some food looked like it had been there some time but staff were continuously checking & replacing. A range of hot & cold food plus cakes etc, a limited drinks selection but soft drinks not chilled. The air conditioner is not great in the lounge. To pay for spa services we had to pay at main reception & for drinks at gourmet bar we ordered at the bar but had to pay at the restaurant concierge. We had dinner at the restaurant & it was enjoyable & service was excellent. Checkout using the drop box was easy & you can walk straight into the departures terminal from the hotel which was handy (2 min walk). We ended up staying again overnight following a return from Lombok & we experienced on both occasions very friendly staff & great amenities. They also have luggage scales & a repacking area which is very handy. Overall it was an enjoyable & very convenient. When you have a layover connecting international to domestic flights (1-2 days) or want to buy a day pass to kill some time before your flight using the pool etc, it is great value. One suggestion for the hotel is to put some bench seating down at the front entrance for where people are waiting for transport pick ups.

The facilities were excellent, the ambience was welcoming, and the overall service made the stay even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was the hospitality and attention to detail. The staff made me feel welcome and ensured that my stay was smooth and stress-free. After an unforgettable Bali adventure filled with beautiful beaches, exciting experiences, and wonderful memories, Novotel was the perfect place to wind down before heading home. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bali! NOVOTEL Bali airport hotel always has such welcoming staff everytime I travel. I almost travel every other month for work and stay there for 1-2days. The staff at the reception restaurant spa lounge all are so professional and welcoming. Febri who is stationed at love cooking counter at breakfast always greets everyone with a warm smile. Sri the staff who escorts you to the restaurant loves to engage in a conversation with all guests. Its lovely to encounter such experience every single time. Thankyou NOVO Bali Airport
