We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Nero North Hotel! The hotel is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and very well maintained. The entire property is lovely, well-kept, and has a relaxing atmosphere.
All of the staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and friendly. We would especially like to thank Zain, who provided outstanding hospitality. He was always smiling, helpful, and made sure that every request and wish we had was fulfilled. Throughout our stay, we truly felt valued and cared for.
We are very grateful for this unforgettable experience and highly recommend Nero North Hotel to anyone looking for a high-quality, friendly, and relaxing place to stay. We will definitely come back!

We have had an amazing time at Nero North. The hotel/resort is based near the beach with the turtlespot right in front of us.
Nero North is placed a bit more private then a lot of other accomodaties which we find really nice as Gili Trawagan is a busy island of the 3 gilis.
The staff was really kind and treated us as good friends.
One of the best accommodation experiences I’ve had. Nero North ticked every box. The room was spacious and spotless, with a generously sized bathroom and shower. Breakfast included and food overall were excellent. WiFi was reliable throughout. The pool is clean and well-maintained, and the beach is literally across the road — perfect if you want to grab a snorkel and go.
The location: tucked in the quieter northern part of Gili T, away from the crowds, but still with everything you need. The staff were genuinely friendly and attentive without being overbearing.
Cleanliness was impeccable everywhere on the property. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a relaxed, high-quality stay on Gili T.
Our stay at Nero North hotel was amazing. The staff is kind, helpful and take care good about all customers.
Room was clean and spacious, with comfortable bed. Food at the hotel restaurant is great. Everything what we have tasted was delicious.
We have to extend our stay due to medical emergency and the staff where very helpful with doctor and all extra demands during the period.
Overall our stay was Superb mostly thanks to the lovely staff.
If you are on Gili T do not hesitate to book Nero North. 10/10!

Nero North is a fantastic place to stay in Gili Trawangan. Located in the north of the island, the setting is perfect - peaceful, relaxing, and ideal if you want to be away from the busiest areas while still being able to reach everything easily by bike. It’s a great spot to enjoy the quieter side of Gili T.
The rooms are a solid 10/10 - very spacious, spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable. The beds are great, the design is stylish, and everything feels well maintained and thoughtfully arranged. It’s the kind of room where you truly enjoy coming back after a day at the beach.
But the best part of Nero North is definitely the staff. They are incredibly attentive, friendly, and always willing to help with anything you need. They really make you feel welcome and go above and beyond to ensure you have a great stay.
I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Gili Trawangan.
