I picked this resort because of its location. I like the proximity to Seminyak without being in the middle of the chaos. The resort premises are well maintained with multiple pools and a gym. They have a big kids play area.
The breakfast was a good spread with an egg counter, pork and chicken charcuterie. Granola and muesli, yogurt, fruits, juices and Asian food options.
My room was of decent size with a big wardrobe (with an additional wardrobe in the bathroom). The bed was comfortable. The room aircon cooled well. The balcony was big enough for 2 chairs and overlooked the pool.
The bathroom was very big but very dated. They certainly need to change the shower fixtures. Or maybe redo the whole bathroom.
My stay at this hotel in Bali was nothing short of exceptional. The level of hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care I experienced throughout my visit exceeded my expectations.

We stayed at three different hotels during our Bali vacation, and Montigo Resorts was easily our absolute favourite.The rooms were super spacious, so we had plenty of room to stretch out. The breakfast buffet was awesome too—heaps of variety and everything tasted great.It’s also an amazing spot if you have children. Our kids had a blast at the kids' club and absolutely loved it. Highly recommend this place if you're heading to Bali!
This was the last place I decided to stay at on my first solo trip and it was perfect. From the moment you arrive staff are very friendly and accomodating, the room was spacious, and comfortable. Thank Ayu Ode over my stay you greet me by name and always asked how my day has been, offering suggestions and just making sure I was enjoying my stay. The food was really good and the bar service were great, plenty of laughts.
The resort offers so much from 3 pools, evening entertainment, a shuttle bus, daily activities, spa and even a cooking class to which I booked and had a fantastic lesson and wow the food was amazing. Highly recommend.
The spa was also amazing after my first massage I booked the full spa package for the next day and hair treatment. Felt very relaxed and refreshed after each treatment.
Located in a good location and within walking distance to so much.

Wonderful experience staying at Montigo in Seminyak. All the staff were incredibly kind and nothing was too much trouble. We very much enjoyed the breakfasts, the choice of swimming pools and ours kids liked the Kids Club but more activities for kids above 5 years old would have been appreciated and some more included activities (rather than having to pay extra). The location is great and the resort is well maintained with beautiful gardens. The Wellness Centre inside the resort is also fantastic. We hope to come back again!
