Nice hotel with very friendly and sweet staff. The only thing that could use some improvement is the showers, a small touchup/renovation would make the room a lot more pleasant. Overall, very good hotel!

Beautiful hotel in a peaceful and convenient location, with a quiet beach right across the road. Alfamart, restaurants, and beauty salons are all within walking distance. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. Before leaving, I gave them some belongings that belonged to my local friend, as I was already going home and couldn’t return them myself. They kindly made sure my friend received everything. I’m truly grateful for their help — five stars for their kindness and humanity!❤️ The room and the whole hotel were clean and well maintained, the pool was great, and I really appreciated having a prayer room. There is also a good selection of both Western and local food. Overall, a wonderful stay with genuinely caring staff. I would definitely come back!☀️

The room is clean, the place is nice, the service is good, and the food is delicious. I really like the girl at the reception who often wears a black smart watch on her left wrist, she is a very sweet and friendly little girl, I like to see her sincere smile. All the other staff are also very friendly, highly recommended to stay here.

The superior room was a big disappointing: small, no balcony and unfortunately as well cockroaches in the bathroom. I have asked for upgraded room which I have to pay additional. Junior suit was much better, but a bit outdated. Room was spacious and you will get a complentairy minibar (non alcohol) Breakfast: enough to choice of, but every day the same. No variantion in the assortiment. Wifi is not stable, every time I was disconnected from the network. Not good if you need to work as well. Hotel is allocated at a busy road, so you will hear a lot of noise coming from the street. But as it's allocated at the main street in Senggigi, you have good access to restaurants, convenient stores, shops, etc. I had a higher expectation due to the reviews, but I wouldn't come here again.

We had a great stay for just one night. The staff were all lovely. Gusti, the security man was very fun and helpful. Janaur and all the reception staff were lovely too! Breakfast was delicious and could have eggs made to fresh. Thank you to all the staff :) Natasha & Chris
