An Absolutely Wonderful Stay at Merusaka Nusa Dua! We had a wonderful 6-night stay at Merusaka Nusa Dua with the all-inclusive package, and our experience was absolutely perfect from start to finish! We stayed in a standard double room, which was surprisingly spacious, beautifully presented, and very clean. I had some concerns after reading a few reviews mentioning cleanliness, but our experience was excellent, and we were very happy with our room. The restaurants were another highlight of our stay. Each offered a great variety of à la carte dishes, and we never got bored with the food choices. The quality of the food exceeded our expectations, and the all-inclusive package covered almost all the menu options, making it excellent value for money. Most importantly, the staff were wonderful! Everyone was so warm, friendly, attentive, and genuinely willing to go above and beyond to meet our needs. Their hospitality made our stay even more special and memorable. Thank you to the entire team at Merusaka Nusa Dua for making our holiday such a fantastic experience. An Amazing Stay at Merusaka Bali 🌴✨ We had a wonderful stay at Merusaka, and what truly made our experience unforgettable was the incredible staff. Everyone was so warm, caring, attentive, and welcoming. After breaking my arm during our stay, the kindness and care I received meant more than words can express. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable, safe, and looked after during a difficult time. Yes, the hotel is on the pricey side, but the people make it worth every penny. Exceptional service, genuine kindness, and hospitality that comes straight from the heart. I would recommend Merusaka again and again, and I would happily return. We had a wonderful stay at Merusaka Nusa Dua. My 10-year-old son and I stayed for 8 nights and 9 days, and we came to meet friends who travelled from Sydney. We had such a great time! The resort is beautiful, the location is fantastic, and the service was excellent. The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming, and we really enjoyed the pools, beach and beautiful surroundings. Everything was well maintained and made our stay very relaxing and enjoyable. The only suggestion I would make is to have another restaurant with a different type of cuisine, as having more variety in the food options would be great, especially for a longer stay. Apart from that, everything was wonderful, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Merusaka Nusa Dua is a massive, vibrant property that offers a fantastic Bali resort experience. The property is absolutely sprawling, starting with one of the largest and most magnificent hotel lobbies I have ever seen. The customer service here is excellent—warm and highly professional across the board. Between the pristine private beach, the many expansive swimming pools, and the huge variety of daily activities, you are completely spoiled for choice. Plus, the location is incredibly convenient, sitting within easy walking distance to Bali Collection for shopping and dining. The only real downside is that the property is showing its age; because it is a bit older, the condition of the furniture is not great and could definitely use an update. Overall, despite the tired furnishings, the sheer scale, incredible beachfront, and stellar service make it a wonderful place to stay.
