Excellent Hotel with great staff, whom are ever ready to smile, greet and serve you. Every request was performed above our expectations. The facilities are great. Location on the beach Road with excellent views. Hotel taxi services are cheaply priced and drivers speak English.

We enjoyed our stay here a lot. The location was really convenient to many eateries. We really loved the pool! Only wish there were more bar bites or finger food options. The big disappointment was the loud drilling outside our room in the middle of the night. (The council was drilling a HUGE hole in the road/pavement). And works with lighter drilling was taking place throughout the day. We appreciate that this is not something the hotel can control, but the hotel could have provided some compensation, and not just apologies. Good thing for us was that since we were "chased" out of the hotel by the noise, we had a really nice time at another beach/pool club that day. Another disappointment was that our airport driver did not pick us up. There was also no apologies from the hotel, except that they will check that he really did go to the airport. Good thing from this experience is that we learnt that getting a grab from the airport at odd hours is very convenient. On our last morning we were unwell with diarrhea and vomitting (not the hotel's fault). I asked reception if it's possible to get a banana from the restaurant. The reception was kind enough to phone the restaurant for me to check. The response was that I could get a cut fruit platter and they would add some sliced banana. She added as well that my room does not come with breakfast. Which I thought had nothing to do with my request and a bit uncalled for. She told me that we can get fresh banana from the convenience store. Being unwell, we didn't want to navigate the giant hole in front of the hotel to walk on the road to the convenience store, though it was really close. Having stomach upset, we were also wary of fresh food that we didn't slice ourselves. (Not that hygiene at the hotel was ever in question, but we were paranoid at that moment). And so we didn't take them up on the offer a fruit platter. An added touch could also have been to provide towels for use on the beach. We asked and were told beach towels were not provided, and we were not to bring room towels to the beach. Nonethrless, staff were always polite and friendly, and appeared sincerely apologetic when they could not acede to our requests. We did still enjoy our stay here a lot on the days that we could use the pool and construction from the road was not so loud.

This is a good location hotel direct facing the beach. A nice infinity pool where you can relax. Room is simple and clean. 1 restaurant and a spa. Staffs are super friendly and helpful. Hotel is close to all street vendors and convenience shops are available. Beachwalk shopping mall is just steps away.

We booked a 3-night stay at this hotel primarily because it was an Accor property, even though there were several other hotels available at a similar price point. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The rooms were extremely cramped and had a persistent unpleasant odor. Although the staff had used air fresheners before our arrival, the smell remained throughout our stay. The linens also had visible stains, which showed the poor hygiene maintenence of the hotel. Breakfast was another major letdown. There were hardly any suitable vegetarian options available, with bread and jam being the only reliable choice. Despite paying extra for a breakfast-inclusive package, we ended up having breakfast outside the hotel on all three days. The overall quality of the room and facilities felt poor. The TV was not functioning properly, there was no hot water in the bathroom, and almost every amenity we tried to use had some issue. It felt as though there was always something not working as expected. This was our first stay at an Accor property, and unfortunately, it fell far below our expectations. The experience was frustrating and disappointing, especially considering the reputation of the brand. We genuinely expected much better.
