Mega Boutique Hotel & Spa Bali

One of the worst experiences ever. On the very first day of our check in the staff was annoying the room was pathetic and the service is a complete nightmare. The staff is not at all cooperative. The breakfast menu is pathetic, they serve cold food and no staff is there to attend the guest and when you call them for something they ignore your message. The rooms are in very poor condition. Everything is broken and not at all maintained. The wifi is not available for any outside websites it just works for within hotel whatsapp messages because their landline is also not functioning so they give wifi access. Overall a hell experience. So relive to check out from this property. Never ever coming back here and never recommend anyone to stay here. You will get way better options in bali in this price. Way better place to live in. If you want to enjoy your holiday in bali then never ever book this hotel.

The room was nice and spacious, but the problem is they probably didnt change the bed sheet and the pillow cover as we can smell someone’s odour from it. Also the hot water doesnt work at all which really bad for 400k per night

Definitely not a 4-star experience. The room was poorly maintained, with visible mold and stained bed sheets. Cleanliness standards were unacceptable. The noise was another major issue the room was located too close to the main road, and traffic noise continued throughout the night, making it nearly impossible to sleep comfortably. Overall, this hotel did not meet the expectations of a 4-star property. I would not choose to stay here again.

With an affordable price, I got excellent facilities. The room comes with a bathtub, a hairdryer, and a very spacious bathroom. The city view of Bali is beautiful, and the swimming pool is located on the 6th floor, allowing you to enjoy a stunning view of Denpasar from above. The service was outstanding, especially from the reception who were attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming throughout my entire stay, from check in to check out. it was really helpfull. I will definitely come back here again 🥰🥰
