Our stay at Mandapa was truly exceptional and one of the most memorable hotel experiences we’ve ever had.

We booked a couples massage at Mandapa SPA, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, and it was simply the best massage of my life. Every detail of the experience was flawless, and the service truly reflected the level of luxury you expect.
After the treatment, we relaxed in the stunning jacuzzi overlooking the jungle without a doubt one of the most beautiful views in Ubud. We then ended the day with a wonderful dinner at Kubu, which was the perfect finale to an unforgettable experience.
Even if you’re not staying at the resort, it’s absolutely worth visiting. The property itself is breathtaking and one of the most beautiful places we’ve seen in Bali. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Highly, highly recommended!
This hotel is beyond incredible. Everything about it was perfect. The location, activities but above all service. If you have high standards of excellence and are looking for a luxurious and relaxing sanctuary in the jungles of Ubud look no further. The rooms are beyond gorgeous, the pools is amazing and the food and amenities are 5+ star. The staff and care of everyone on property make it one of a kind. I’ll be coming back!
One of the best hotels and places we’ve ever been.
We just spent a week in this amazing resort with our two kids and can’t recommend it enough. The staff, the Kids Club team, and everyone we met were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely made our stay so special.
The beauty of this place is hard to put into words — and photos don’t quite do it justice. It’s one of those places you have to experience for yourself.
This hotel was an absolute dream! From the service to the villa and every small detail in between, we truly had the most magical experience. Huge thank you to our butler Niti for being so kind and gracious with us! She was attentive and timely and made sure that we had the best stay possible! We had a wonderful experience with our photoshoot as well. Tueka is such a talented photographer with the best heart and a true passion for the art of photography.
