I left early because of some issues. The reception staff were exceptional in dealing with my early departure and agreed to refund 12 nights. Amazing view and a serene location. Buffet breakfast was ok but having a wider selection of fruit is warranted, it's a limited choice compared to similarly priced hotels. At this price point cleaning and maintenance is important staff are everywhere. My room was a bit shabby compared to another I saw my balcony slider didn't lock and no security box in room. Some stains on sheets. I can handle most of these issues if room rate is half the price. The pool great length for lap swimming approx 20-25m. More pool maintenance would be a bonus. Mould in grout should be scrubbed out. But again ..it wouldn't take much to lift this place up a notch. It has serenity. And that view.

DO NOT GO if you expect professional hotel manager, basic cleanliness, maintained facilities or a clean hotel beach. We arrived in the evening, so there was more than plenty of time for house keeping. What we got was a dirty room with sand and chips on the floor. It cracked when walking on it 😅 The bed was made (!), but the sheets had not been changed (!!), plenty of hair and fresh food stains proved that. Absolute NO GO 🤢 Somebody stuck a gummi bear on the wall before, furniture had cracks and holes. Of course we complained and got immediately a new room, which still had to be cleaned for an hour (I think it was in similar condition), so we went to dinner. The reaction of reception staff and process of room change was strangely smooth, they are used to this by now 👌 Beach is full of trash on the sides and pool has some nasty foam and grease on it, check especially the corners. I am not making this up, check the attached pictures. There is a reason they apparently deactivated reviews from booking sites, this is the reason I am posting here instead. I don't even know if they have an hotel manager, someone else wanted to talk with him and they said he is not onsite (this was during the day)... I guess one of the monkeys that come from the hills and run around the pool / lobby area would do a better job, just by being there and looking cute 🐒🍌 There are few positive things I can say, the very young staff is friendly (as everywhere in Indonesia), the view from the balconies is nice especially at sunset. It's sad, because this hotel has a lot of potential, the location is great, when it was opened it must have been a gem 💎 But now it's run down by hotel management, not well maintained and just falling apart... 😢

I stayed in room 702 between June 6th and 13th. The room was quite spacious and comfortable, with a fantastic balcony and, of course, a wonderful sea view. The room included a bathtub, making for a comfortable stay. The hotel is located by the sea and has a magnificent view. The pool and access to the beach in front are a great advantage. The staff were generally attentive and helpful. However, because the hotel is in a secluded area, access to surrounding amenities is only possible by car. The restaurant has limited food options. It's a great hotel for those who want a quiet and peaceful seaside holiday (at least a motorbike is a must). The most significant shortcomings are; insufficient thorough cleaning and slow service. From what I understand, there is a lack of professional management. Despite these shortcomings, I would recommend it.
