Booked for 2 nights during a roadtrip, ended up extending my stay. What a lovely place! Literally everyone was so kind and helpful. Also a safe and good place for solo travelers. This is the perfect place to relax for a couple of days. The food was good as well. Rooms are big with comfy beds and shower.
Only "comment" is the many mosquitos and ants in the room. I killed more than 10 mosquitos after arrival, maybe because they open the doors when cleaning the room daily. So bring bug spray with you!
Absolutely wonderful experience! Super friendly staff, great hospitality, wonderful hotel, beautiful plants, best beach view - sunsets and mount Agung. Food was delicious, great choice on the menu. Very good drinks, snacks, service. Options to play ping pong, pool and darts. Very comfy beach beds. Lovely restaurant right by the beach. Beautiful rooms, super comfy beds, bright light thanks to the big windows, beautiful balcony, absolutely amazing outdoor shower. Nice spa with lovely massages and treatments.
Really loved my stay, everybody made sure it was as special as it could be.
Can highly (!!!) recommend staying here for a nice, laid back, holiday experience.

This resort feels like somewhere that was lovely 10 years ago but has since been allowed to deteriorate. The property and surrounding areas are poorly maintained, with rubbish scattered along the beach and what appears to be a dumping area beside the resort. There was also a noticeable smell of burning rubbish in the mornings.
The beach is unsuitable for swimming due to strong currents, there is no gym, and mosquitoes were a constant problem with none of the protection provided at other properties we visited in Lombok and Bali. Its location on a busy road also means there are no convenient restaurants or bars nearby.
The food was particularly disappointing. The dinner à la carte menu was essentially the same as the bar lunch menu, with limited and unappealing options. Several members of our group felt unwell after eating there. Breakfast offered plenty of choice, but the quality was equally poor.
Overall, the resort felt dirty, dated and overpriced for what it delivered. I would not recommend it.
Really great stay in this resort. The restaurant was delicious, the bar was beautiful, Prices were great and mostly the staff was the kindest and the most helpful.
The beach was really like paradise as there was no one - even though there was a lot of high tide.
Maybe just one point regarding the pool which had an odd color (greenish) and the ocean front view room which was not fully on the ocean.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this resort! Everything exceeded our expectations—from the beautiful surroundings and comfortable rooms to the excellent facilities and outstanding service. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The atmosphere was relaxing and perfect for a getaway. We truly enjoyed every moment and created unforgettable memories. We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a fantastic vacation experience and can’t wait to come back!
