It’s absolutely beautiful here! The rooms are simply amazing. We were lucky enough to get a room with our own private pool, and it’s just gorgeous. 😍 The service is excellent, the breakfast is outstanding, and everything feels so relaxed and peaceful. We especially have to mention Riska. She is always there for us, takes care of everything, and makes our stay truly special. Her service is simply outstanding! ❤️

We are staying here now and realy enjoying the experience. We have a deluxe sweet and it is fantastic. Rooms are large and pool is sparkling clean. Staff are so friendly and breakfast is first class. Sunsets are amazing.

What a place. The staff were beautiful to deal with, from the security guards, the receptionists, all the cleaning staff and service crew. It was a pleasure every day. We had 2 weeks here and was a perfect Time. Surfed out the front, massage spa out the back in the doorstep of the hotel. Great food within the hotel and perfect location for a sunset Bintang. We didn’t see a better hotel on the main beach of Lembongan. We have found a holiday destination we would love to come back to every year. No one got sick, the in house food was reasonably priced for the service it comes with being able to get room service by your private pool was incredible as we had a 2 year old daughter. So eating around the pool or watching tv in the air con was priceless with a young child when they are feeing like they have had a big day on the beach and pool and a tired. Felt like home when you needed it. Everything was super clean. The only thing we would say is that the hotel does have some wear and tear but that’s honestly the only thing that could be improved - however we didn’t see one brand new hotel anywhere and this island just seems a bit more relaxed. In saying that, the staff were always keeping the gardens manicured, things were always getting worked on in the back ground. Nothing negative to say; we hope to be back next year. Couldn’t recommend it more; if you love surfing, relaxing my the pool (probably the best pool locations we saw on the island) good foods and all at a reasonable price this is the spot. Thank you to all the staff - it was an absolute pleasure.

As this was our first visit to the island, we were unsure what to expect… but we were not disappointed..!! The private boat transfer for hotel guests only from Sanur was a huge bonus and a great way to start the holiday as the boat moors up on the beach right in front of the hotel. The rooms were great and we had a lovely private garden, private pool and luxury bathroom. The best part of the hotel were the super friendly and helpful staff that all tried very hard to make sure we felt welcome and had our needs catered for. 100% thanks to them all. Our only criticism was that some areas of the hotel looked a little tired and could do with a bit of repair and some paint, but apart from that, we were very satisfied with everything. Well done to all the team and thanks for mailing our short stay so memorable and enjoyable.
