Le Meridien Bali Jimbaran

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for 11 nights, and to my surprise, I was upgraded from a Deluxe Room to an Aqua Studio Suite. It was a wonderful gesture and made an already memorable stay even more special. The hotel truly meets the highest standards in every respect. The service was consistently exceptional: attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming without ever feeling intrusive. The facilities were equally impressive, from the well-equipped fitness studio to the immaculate condition and cleanliness of the entire property. Everything felt carefully maintained and designed to create a relaxing, high-quality experience. One team member who particularly stood out was Smiley. Every time I entered the pool area, his genuinely cheerful and uplifting personality immediately put a smile on my face. Small moments like these make a real difference and reflect the outstanding hospitality of the whole team. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would be very happy to return in the future. I had a really great experience at Le Méridien Bali Jimbaran. The rooms were very clean, and the pool was continuously maintained and cleaned. Room service was excellent, and the food was delicious. I stayed here with my company for work, and the meeting room was perfect—spacious, comfortable, and with an outstanding view. There’s also a surfing school right next to the hotel, which is a really nice bonus. What I liked most was the staff. They were always smiling, friendly, and even remembered my name, which made the stay feel much more personal. Overall, an excellent place for both work and relaxation, and I would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this hotel. What truly makes this place special is the incredible staff. Everyone goes above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. During our stay, we experienced an unexpected medical emergency at the beach when my wife suddenly lost consciousness. The hotel’s response was absolutely outstanding. Within moments they had arranged everything we needed – transportation to the clinic, a wheelchair, and even sent a staff member with us to the clinic to assist and make sure everything went smoothly if we needed any help. We are incredibly grateful for their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care during such a stressful situation. The hotel itself is beautiful, with spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms. There are excellent facilities for families, including not only a kids’ club but also a wide variety of activities for children of different ages. Our 13-year-old daughter especially loved the arts and crafts workshops. She attended twice and had a wonderful time thanks to Esaa, who was incredibly kind, patient, and creative. She explained everything clearly, encouraged the children, and made every session fun and inspiring. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We hope to return in the future!

My wife and I stayed here 1 night on our way back home. We were upgraded from a pool side room to a private villa, and it was amazing and very romantic for my wife and I. The hotel has a very calm and relaxing vibe. The service is incredible, and the staff have high attention to detail. If you go across the street, there is access to the beach along with a bunch of local restaurants and shops selling live seafood. The villa was clean, cool on arrival, and decorations were set up to say happy birthday to my wife and happy wedding anniversary. The villa itself was extremely spacious, luxurious , and welcoming. We plan on staying here again based on how our experience was. For those traveling to Bali, be sure to stay here for a relaxing experience.
