⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Review – Le Grande Bali
We had a great stay at Le Grande Bali! The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always polite. Their mannerisms and hospitality really stood out and made the experience even better.
Although the location is a little further away from other attractions, shops, and activities, you pretty much have everything you need right there at the resort. It’s a great place to relax and enjoy your stay without needing to go out for everything.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and the quality of service made a big difference. I’d definitely recommend Le Grande Bali to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Bali! 🌴
If you're looking for a peaceful Bali stay, this hotel is it. To enter, you'll need to pass through 2 security check points so it feels very safe. It was safe to walk the larger resort area as there was no traffic. The staff was so helpful. The spa is decent. The 24 hr room service is great. Theres also a free daily shuttle to Dreamland beach.
I had a wonderful time here. The hotel sits in the heart of lush greenery, surrounded by a golf course.
One of the best parts is the 3.2 km road that leads to the hotel from the main street of Jimbaran, Uluwatu — riding that stretch on a scooter feels amazing.
The hotel is clean and the service is excellent. The breakfast is delicious, and there's a huge parking area, which is a big plus for anyone arriving on a scooter.
Overall, it was a fantastic stay.
We stayed for 7 nights and cannot fault the place. The staff were so incredibly nice and helpful. The hotel is really clean and quiet and the pools are great too. The breakfast buffet was always tasty and changed everyday which was great. We ordered room service and few times on the trip and all the meals were perfect. Really good value for money! We also got massages, which we would highly recommend, the girls were so professional. Would definitely stay here again, one of my favourite hotels in Bali for sure. Great value for money and it is situated away from all the noise and traffic in Uluwatu.
Health Hazard - Stay Away! Not Even 2 Stars.
We came from Canggu for a 3-night family getaway with two babies and had to flee this nightmare. It claims to be 5 stars, but it is a neglected disaster.
The Rooms: Moldy walls, peeling wood, rust, hair in the tub, and to top it off - black water came out of the tap when we opened it.
The Smell: We were moved 4 times (including 2 premium suites). Every single room reeked of severe mold masked by suffocating perfume. Even the manager agreed it was awful.
The Chaos: After waiting for hours with exhausted babies, we had to cancel, pack up at night, pay double for a last-minute hotel elsewhere, and waste money on extra taxis.
The Staff: Very polite and approved a full refund, but good service cannot fix a ruined vacation and a property that is falling apart.
