Had an amazing stay at La Reserve. Truly service is outstanding here! Having stayed in luxury hotels in different parts of the world - the warmness and attentiveness of the staff stands out. Its the small thing for me like when im mixing my protein powder in my coffee at breakfast and the staff offered to do it for me. Breakfast is any time (this should be a standard everywhere) so we can sleep in and take our time getting ready. Will definitely come back and highly recommend staying here.
My husband and I decided to holiday somewhere different for his 90th birthday and so we chose Bali - only 7 hours flight from Brisbane Australia. We were unsure of where to stay and as we were Hilton timeshare owners, who are affiliated with La Reserve 1785, we thought this would be a good place to stay. Well we were in for a WONDERFUL surprise! This hotel is a lovely oasis in the middle of Bali's traffic madness! The rooms are beautiful, the grounds are well kept. The swimming pool is lovely to lounge around and swim in and the restaurant is overlooking the pool and serves some delicious food. We treated ourselves to a massage and facial at the hotels Secret Spa and this was heaven! Well a good hotel is based on good management and staff and we were treated like royalty. The manager, Ngurah, was lovely and very attentive to our needs. The staff were angels and helped wherever possible - We can't thank them all enough for the wonderful time they gave us at the hotel. If anyone is thinking of having a wedding in Bali, it is possible to contact Ngurah and he will provide assistance. incase you need to book out the whole hotel and the ceremony could be held there as well This room has only about 13 rooms so is lovely and quiet. Our downstairs suite had its own private swimming pool! All in all we had a fabulous stay at this hotel oasis and we can highly recommend it. Thanks to the manager and staff 🙏🏻

A huge thank you to Ngurah, Sriani, Nita, Ronny and everyone else whose names we didn’t get. Your warmth, genuine kindness and incredible attention to detail made us feel very welcomed throughout our stay. The breakfast was also amazing that I looked forward to it by the pool every morning!

My wife and I just spent two amazing nights here and it was honestly the perfect place to just unwind and relax. The room was absolutely beautiful and so comfortable, and the food completely blew us away. Everything we ate was delicious. What really made our stay special was the service👍🏻 the staff were incredibly attentive and thoughtful without being overbearing. We also tried the hotel spa for a massage which was fantastic for melting away stress, and the partner gym they use is nice with great equipment. It was a completely flawless getaway for the two of us and we would highly recommend La Réserve to anyone looking for a premium, relaxing holiday—we will definitely be back! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
We had a wonderful stay at La Reserve 1785. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful and relaxing, while still being in a very central and convenient location.
What really stood out was the service. The entire team were incredible throughout our stay and genuinely went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. I unexpectedly fell ill during the trip, and Kadek and the entire team were so attentive and thoughtful — checking in on us regularly, helping with anything we needed in the room, and even preparing customised meals when I was unable to eat much else.
It's quite rare to experience service that feels this personal and sincere. We were very grateful for the care shown by the team, and it made our stay even more memorable. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.
