Best place to spend a day privately, with family or couple. 2 rooms and lobby, privately swimming pool is especially attractive. Loved it. Recommend specially for lovebirds and just married couple or living together relationships, though any couples can go and enjoy. This area have mosquito, so better to bring mosquito repellent or ask for bed net. Staffs are helpful. You can have beer, soft drinks(no hard drinks, if wants can take from outside) from the freezer and biscuits but have to pay separately, not included in room price.

It makes me sad to write this review, and I’m doing it so that the hotel management can take action. I was really excited to rent a villa for my honeymoon. It looked beautiful in the photos. But not everything is as good as it seems. The first thing, and what bothered and disgusted me the most, was the lack of prevention, cleanliness, and fumigation in the room. It’s full of ants, mosquitoes, spiders, and lizards. But the ant situation is almost report-worthy. There must easily be 200 or 300 ants inside the room. That is not professional. I understand that it’s a villa and some bugs or mosquitoes can get in since it’s open to the outdoors, but you can’t charge me over 1M IDR and have the facilities in this condition. The facilities are very old, neglected, and haven’t been maintained for years. I understand that wooden furniture is common in Bali, but these pieces are damaged and in poor condition. The fridge was full of mold and dirt that had clearly accumulated over years without cleaning, and the freezer was completely blocked with ice. They must not have cleaned it in ages, since the frost would come off easily just by unplugging it for a few hours. All the kitchenware was broken and dirty. I didn’t take pictures of everything out of respect, only of the things that were most important to me. The TV barely works, the remote is broken, and the TV barely connects to the Wi-Fi. On top of that, the Wi-Fi doesn’t work anywhere in the villa. Buy yourself a good SIM card, because otherwise you won’t have internet. The laundry service was a rip-off; they charged us 300k IDR to wash four T-shirts, and they didn’t want to tell us the price beforehand. They said they would inform us when delivering the clothes. The villa’s location is also quite bad — in the middle of nowhere, down a few alleys with no lights or visibility. The only positive thing was the kindness of the reception staff. In short, I could never recommend this place under any circumstances. I slept surrounded by spiders and took a shower with 300 ants around me. I wouldn’t come back even for free.

Stayed at Kubu Manggala Seminyak for a few nights and it was such a peaceful experience. The villa is super clean, spacious, and beautifully designed — perfect mix of traditional Balinese touch and modern comfort. The private pool was spotless and felt very private, great for relaxing after exploring Seminyak. Staff were kind and always ready to help with anything, from arranging transport to breakfast requests. Location is quiet but still close to cafes and shops, just a short drive from the main area. Overall, an amazing value for money — would definitely come back for another stay!

Cozy place for staying, the villa have a beautiful design (modern minimalist), there is a big garden & swimming pool, suite for 8pax. Anw the villa is pretty quite, no construction nearby, this is the important things before you guys book a villa🤩
