The resort was great, with a beautiful location and amazing views. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The Indian restaurant was especially amazing! The food was absolutely delicious, and the prices were very reasonable considering the quality and portions. I came here with a big group of friends, and we all had a wonderful experience. Definitely highly recommended! 🙌

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The level of service and maintenance was completely unacceptable. First, the front office staff were extremely unprofessional. Every single time we called for assistance, the staff had no idea what to do and always had to ask a senior first—even for the simplest requests. It was frustrating and showed a serious lack of training. We stayed in the Asmara Villa with a private pool, but the villa was shockingly dirty upon arrival. There was trash left on the floor, including a cigarette butt. I honestly cannot understand how housekeeping could clean the room and somehow miss something as obvious as a cigarette butt. It made us question whether the room had even been properly cleaned before our check-in. The villa was also not ready for guests. We had to call the staff just to turn on the pool jets, and the pool light was broken, leaving the entire pool area dark at night. For a private pool villa, this is simply unacceptable. To make matters worse, the hotel even charged us for a single bucket of ice. After everything that had already gone wrong, being asked to pay for something so basic felt incredibly cheap and disappointing. For the price this property charges, the experience was nowhere near acceptable. Poorly trained staff, unacceptable cleanliness, broken facilities, and unnecessary extra charges completely ruined our stay. I would not recommend this hotel, and I certainly would not return unless there are major improvements in both service and management.

Little hard to get with small road on top of mountain area but once you get there it is just breathtaking. Nice design and huge but no worries going around cuz you simply call for buggy cart to pick you up anytime to anywhere. Swimming pool was super nice as told on many reviews. Room service food so so but the Indian restaurant they have has good food with reasonable price. Get ready with some snacks or drinks before you check in cuz basically there is nothing there around the hotel unless you have your own motorbike or car. Overall I love this place and recommend it to everyone.
