Kejora Suites

I had informed the hotel of my need of twin beds 7 months in advance and received a response that acknowledged it. I booked a superior room and, on arrival, we were told that only king bed was possible in that room. The alternative was a standard room on the first floor without lift, which my friend could not manage. Had I known this in advance, I would have booked elsewhere. Then, at breakfast we were told that only one coffee or tea was included, if we wanted a second it would be charged. Third, at check-out, they said that the laundry bag could not be removed from the premises, which, of course, it was given back immediately. We had to carry our bags to and from the room, with no help from the staff. Due to the service received, we won’t return.

Perfect location. Rooms were well decorated, staff were helpful and friendly. Short walk to beach with private sun lounge included. Next door to Icon Mall for food / refreshments / shopping (retail prices) and Cinemas. With all the footpaths and beach path works completed we couldn't have asked for more. A hidden gem.

A great find by my sister. Good sized rooms with a mini bar fridge that is cold. Reasonable prices and good room service from adjoining restaurant. (Glass House) Beautiful pool with adequate pool side lounges, but wont cater for all Some of tge usual lounge hoggers by some. Highly recommend.

Again a beautiful stay, relaxing 7 nights. Easily a favourite place to stay in Sanur. All staff from front desk to beach are warm and welcoming. Nice touches such as turn down service and fresh cookies. Thank You for the birthday card and chocolates 🥰 Special shout out to Putu and his team for starting off each day with bright welcome and lovely breakfasts. And Putu's gracious humour when I accidentally placed my order with him in my excitement for Kopi and Nasi Goreng on our last morning 🤭 Kejora offers quiet simplicity and subtle spoil which is for us a perfect balance.
