I had some trouble with my motorbike and happened to stop outside this villa. Luckily, I met a staff member named Sri, who was extremely friendly, kind, and helpful.
Even though I wasn't a guest at the villa, Sri treated me with such a great attitude and was very willing to help. His kindness and excellent service really made a difference in a stressful situation.

We had an amazing two-night stay at Villa Kastara. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and always quick to assist, no matter whether it was early in the morning or late at night.
The villa is absolutely beautiful, with a peaceful atmosphere that gives a truly luxurious and relaxing vibe. It’s the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the natural surroundings of Ubud. The food was also excellent and exceeded our expectations.
I would highly recommend Villa Kastara to anyone looking for a relaxing and leisurely stay in Ubud. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely love to come back!
We had an amazing stay at Kastara Resort! The service was outstanding, and the entire staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and always made us feel welcome.
The food was some of the best we had during our trip to Bali. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, the views were absolutely breathtaking, and our room was spotless with a fantastic view.
The location is also perfect you can even walk from the hotel to Ubud Center, which was very convenient.
If we come back to Ubud, we will definitely stay at Kastara Resort again. Highly recommended!

The resort itself is beautiful, peaceful, and exceptionally well maintained. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We truly appreciated the warm atmosphere and outstanding service provided by everyone at the resort.
We would also like to give a special thank you to the lovely young woman who guided our Morning Walk Experience. Unfortunately, because of the language difference, we cannot remember her name, but we are very grateful for her kindness and enthusiasm. Thanks to her, we had the opportunity to see the beautiful rice fields, visit a traditional Balinese house, and gain a deeper understanding of the local village and culture. It was one of the highlights of our stay and made our experience in Bali even more meaningful.
