Best service I have experienced in a long time and vs several other 5 star hotels during our asia trip.
Very intimate experience in a beautiful boutique property.
Our room was the most beautiful we had in the entire asia trip, the pool villas i can highly recommend - massive sized pool!
The only negative is the beach Bali has a real issue with dirt and garbage and it was unfortunately also the case at jimbaran .
The pool of the priperty is so awesome though thatt it compensates for the lack of attraction of staying at the dirty beach.
Overall i had a great trip there. We stayed at the private pool villa for 4days and 3 nights and we loved the cabanas and the loungers. Very well placed and i even finished a book when i was there. The beach access was nice and even on evenings it wasnt crowded. The rooms are a bit outdated but nothing jarring and considering the age of the property, i reckon its well kept. There wasn't a bidet though so that was a bummer. The breakfast spread was also a bit underwhelming especially comparing what other hotels are offering at that price point. But overall, still a great place to stay at.
I spent 18 days at the Belmond Hotel, Jimbaran Puri. From June 12th to June 30th, 2026. Today is July 3rd, and I already want to go back! To come back and stay there for at least another month. I could end this letter here. After all, these words have already said everything. Because not all hotels make you want to go back. But I will still add and name the names that I remember. Receptionist ARYESTA, c/o manager ANDRI, F&B ADI, maître d'hôtеl ADI, waiter WINDARI, waiter MUNDIKA MADE, waiter ARI, waiter ERNA, delivery to and from the room JAY, reception PRIYA, the wonderful SEKAR from the boutique... The list could be long, because all the employees, from the cleaner to the manager, are like one close-knit family. And they have all worked at the hotel for many years. What does this say? ANSWER: There's a favourable working atmosphere here. And that, in turn, reflects on the guests' comfort.
When you check out of the hotel, almost all the staff will come to see you off, and you'll feel like you've become part of their family. It brought tears to my eyes...

Stunning hotel at the very heart of jimbaran and in close proximity to the airport. We really loved the traditional yet sophisticated and implacably maintained grounds of the hotel. The villa was spacious and comfortable while incorporating lots of authentic balinese touches. The beachside restaurant served wonderfully authentic indonesian flavours with some of the best views you could ask for. Breakfast was truly amazing. Additionally, the pool and beach were wonderfully maintained. Where the resort truly shines are the wonderful, personable and welcoming employees. They really couldn’t do enough for you and excelled in anticipating our every needs. Special thanks to Wulan from the SPA and all the wonderful employees who made this stay truly memorable. We‘ll be back!!
Quiet luxury located on jimbaran beach and excellent customer service, especially the pool side crew, and cleaners. No loud noise and pool is good. Everyone is super nice and professional. Room is a little old but charming, gecko came to visit, woke us at 6am, and there are mosquitoes, but they are normal being flat cottages and in the tropical. I don't mind and the rooms has complete privacy behind the walls. Without big window, doesn't feel bad at all. With a few issues occurred in our rooms, they offered us free upgrade later, at first the fee per night was higher than online, but I did not say much. I really don't think it makes a big difference cos the ocean view is closer to the beach but with the room design, there is really not much view. So privacy is more important in this resort and size of the room. Garden cottages are not far from beach and the pool. Some western food is good and grill fish with more spicy is way better. I do appreciate their help with my last min packing and need to head to airport cos I calculated my departure date wrong, the the hotel responded very fast and very helpful! Thank you! I will definitely consider return to this hotel again!
