Very good hotel. Quiet and beautiful place to relax. Nice massages. Adorable and helpful staff especially Dini and Windri :) We had several situations when we needed something extra and there wasn’t any problem. This hotel has everything: - Sand and snorkel beach - SPA - infinity pool - scooter and bike rental - good restaurant - very good breakfast à la carte

**Disappointing experience at Jeeva Klui** Stayed at Jeeva Klui from 31 Aug to 1 Sep 2026 in Beachfront Room 112. I checked in around 7pm after a long day coming down from Rinjani and was just looking forward to showering and resting. While trying to close the heavy curtain at the entrance of the room for some privacy, I believe the curtain rod actually snapped and the entire rod fell onto my forearm. My forearm is now completely bruised and still painful. It was quite shocking as I was simply pulling the curtain normally and definitely was not using excessive force. A heavy curtain rod falling onto someone could have caused a much more serious injury. The reception staff did come quite quickly after we reported it and tried to get the manager down to sort out the situation, which I appreciated. We were told the resort was fully booked and they could not move us to another room. The only option was their sister property, Jeeva Santai, which was about 10 minutes away. Since I was travelling with friends who were staying at Jeeva Klui, moving to another resort was not really an option. The manager then offered us dinner at the restaurant while they fixed the curtain rod. However, nobody came to let us know when the room was ready, so we ended up sitting at the restaurant waiting for a very slow dinner without knowing what was happening. Eventually we went back to the room ourselves and found that the curtain had been fixed. We then asked for the food to be sent to the room instead. What concerned me even more was the actual repair. From the photos, you can see that the curtain rod was essentially drilled and secured with the holders on both ends. The next day, with daylight, I could also see that the rod was already visibly warping under the weight of the curtain. I honestly don't know how long this repair is going to last, and it is worrying to think that the same thing could happen to the next guest. The bed itself was comfortable, but unfortunately the room felt quite dated and showed noticeable signs of wear and tear from age. Given the condition of some of the fixtures, I do think the rooms could benefit from a proper inspection and some refurbishment. That said, I do want to mention that the staff overall were accommodating, prompt and professional. They responded quickly when we reported the incident and were pleasant throughout our interactions. My concerns are mainly with the condition of the room and the way the curtain rod was ultimately repaired. The resort itself is beautiful and the beachfront location is lovely, but unfortunately this incident really affected my stay. I hope the management looks into this properly, not just for Room 112 but also checks the other rooms to make sure something similar does not happen to anyone else.
We had a wonderful stay at Jeeva Klui Resort. The staff were exceptionally friendly (especially Dini) and always made us feel welcome. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. While they do show some signs of age, they are very well maintained and kept in excellent condition. The beautiful tropical gardens, stunning swimming pool, and peaceful beachfront create the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday. As a small suggestion for improvement, it would be great to have a few more sun loungers and umbrellas available, especially during busier times. Overall, Jeeva Klui is a beautiful resort with a warm and relaxing atmosphere. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!
I stayed at Jeeva Klui for two days with my daughter, and we were both absolutely happy with our experience. The resort has a beautiful tropical design that blends perfectly with nature, and its beachfront location makes it one of the best resorts in Lombok. Everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The food was absolutely delicious, with every meal being a delight. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. I only wish we could have stayed longer! I highly recommend Jeeva Klui to anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing, and unforgettable getaway in Lombok.
Jeeva Kui is one of those places that stays with you long after you leave. The setting is simply stunning - the pool overlooking the ocean, the constant sound of the waves, the sunsets that seem to slow down time. Falling asleep to the rhythm of the sea and waking up to it again was something really special. The rooms are incredibly comfortable, with bedding that makes it hard to get out of bed in the morning. Breakfast was great, and the service throughout our stay was always warm and attentive. The spa deserves a special mention: not only were the massages wonderful (we went twice for the signature Balinese), but the setting itself - with a 360° view over the ocean - made the experience even more memorable. We also loved having a surf spot right next door. Being able to wake up and head straight into the water each morning was such a luxury. There are also many quiet corners around the property to read or rest, all with beautiful ocean views - it never felt crowded, only peaceful.
