This is the first time for a gathering event at the Infinity8 ballroom, the place is super spacious, the hotel is aesthetic and also the service is super friendly, fully assisted during the event. So if there is an event/gathering/party/wedding .. this is one of the places that I most recommend here. Thank you very much Infinity 8 Bali ❤️
Loved staying here, incredible value for money. Free shuttle to CANNA beach club, nice rooftop pool and gym. Everything you need, if you’re after super luxury then go pay triple or four times somewhere else. This place is well worth the money.
Absolutely the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. We booked Infinity 8 Bali based on the online photos, but the reality was completely different. The room was damp, mouldy, had a strong unpleasant smell, and looked nothing like what was advertised.
We were travelling with our 5-month-old baby, so there was no way we could stay in those conditions. We only inspected the room before checking in and immediately informed the staff that we couldn’t proceed with our stay because of the health concerns.
To make matters worse, the duty manager was extremely rude, unprofessional, and showed no empathy or willingness to help. Instead of trying to resolve the situation, we were treated dismissively.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families with young children. The misleading photos, poor room condition, and terrible customer service made this a very disappointing experience.

but the room was just bad. I stayed at 345, their AC is super hot (even outside temperature was cooler).
The mood light above the bed, when turned off, it’s still flickering, so when you close ur eyes, it felt like you’ve been photographed with a flash 🤣
wardrobe cannot be closed properly, so the wardrobe light was turned on all the time.

I slept here 2026.4.2 to 4.4. it was a good time staying here. On the first day morning I had a small dead cockroach in my room. It was bad but the cleaning staff cleaned it so it was a good service. My room was in the second floor and it was quiet and I had a good sleep. The room was clean including the shower,sink,toilet. Next the breakfast. The breakfast was very delicious and I had a good meal. But in the desert section there was small little bugs flying and in the cake section there was lots of ants in it. The staffs were very friendly when I met with them. The service was good and quick they helped when I couldn't get in my room. It's not a bad place to stay it's just my opinion tho they improved very much.
