Indiana Kenanga Boutique Hotel & Spa

Loved my stay at Indiana Kenanga. It’s my second time at Nusa Lembongan for Scuba diving, so the location is perfect for me as it’s about a 5 min walk to Legend Diving (which I highly recommend too), and the restaurant also faces the beach. The staffs at the restaurant are really attentive, service at the front desk is good too. The room is really clean (depending on which room you get, some of them are actually newly renovated which is a plus!) and spacious. I like that there’s a ceiling fan in the room so it helps for those who don’t want the aircon to be that cold (or prefer not to have it at all), but want proper ventilation in the room.

I went there to visit a friend and felt incredibly lucky to discover such an amazing place. The moment you step onto the little bridge and see the breathtaking view, you already know you’re going to have a great time. The food was excellent, I didn’t get a chance to take a photo, but the burger was fantastic! The cocktails were equally impressive, and the Bagus Basil is a perfect match for both the menu and the atmosphere. The manager was professional and genuinely thoughtful. She made sure my experience was memorable, which meant a lot. From the service and bar team to the chefs, management, and stunning location, this is a place I would happily recommend to anyone. Now it’s time to come back and try the dinner menu!

We had an incredible first-time experience at Indiana Kenanga with our two children (ages 4 and 7). We stayed in a Deluxe Room with an extra bed, which was very comfortable for the whole family. The food was outstandin, breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all perfect. Honestly, the restaurant quality is on a level we haven’t found anywhere in Australia. This was also our first time visiting the area, and this hotel completely won us over. Convenient location, supermarkets, chemist, spas, shops everything is walk distance The staff across every department were fantastic, attentive, warm, and genuinely caring. The hotel even arranged courtesy transport to places we wanted to visit and to the port to take the boat which was such a thoughtful touch. Everything was clean, well-organized, and beautifully run. We can’t recommend this hotel enough and will definitely be back, many times over.

We are leaving Indiana Hotel in Nusa Lembongan quite disappointed. The location is beautiful and the beachfront setting has a lot of potential, but unfortunately the overall experience does not justify the rates charged. The hotel clearly suffers from a lack of maintenance. Sunbeds and cushions are heavily stained, the glass tables are dirty, the wooden decking looks poorly maintained, and several areas around the property feel neglected. Even the pool did not look particularly inviting because of the visible deposits on the bottom. Service was also disappointing. When relaxing on the beach loungers, we constantly had to get up and find someone just to order drinks or food. There was very little proactive service throughout our stay. This property could be fantastic with proper maintenance and a more attentive team, but in its current condition it simply does not offer the level of comfort and service expected for the price. Unfortunately, we would not choose to stay here again.
