We had a great 4 night stay at Hyatt Regency Bali.
The location is perfect, right on the beach with quick access to outside stores and restaurants.
We had a family room with club access. It was perfect. The food and the drinks at the club were 5/5
The hotel grounds are beautiful. It was like walking through lush gardens every day.
The service throughout the hotel was outstanding. Never once encountered anyone unwilling to help. Everyone seemed sincere and happy to be there. The staff at the hotel is what makes this place top notch.
We were sad to leave but we will be back! And highly recommend. Thank you for a great stay!
Had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Bali! The resort is very lush and full of greenery, which makes the whole place feel peaceful and relaxing. The room was a bit small, but honestly the beautiful surroundings made up for it.
They have several pools, including a few adults only pools, which was a nice touch. The gym was decent, breakfast tasted good, and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming.
Overall, we really enjoyed the serene atmosphere here. It’s a great place to just slow down, relax, and enjoy the nature. Would definitely come back!

We had some room allergy issues on the first day but the hotel attended to it very quickly.
Both restaurants were wonderful - but the highlight was the massive buffet breakfast. They have a 3 day rotating menu.There is an exceptional variety of fresh fruits, egg dishes, and sweets. They cater well for vegetarians. I suggest though that for the three Asian specialty carts they make one vegetarian for each cycle day - eg, Korean on day 1, Chinese on day 2, etc.
Amazing pools and beach access. Easy walking (or $2 grab) access to a variety of high quality restaurants.
We had a wonderful 4-night stay at Hyatt Regency Bali.
The resort is beautiful, but what impressed us most was the people. Every staff member we met was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Housekeeping kept our room spotless every day, and we really appreciated the care and consistency throughout our stay.
The breakfast offered a great variety of food, including many local fruits. Our daughter especially loved the pools, while we enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and beautiful beachfront. The resort felt peaceful and never overcrowded.
One thing we especially appreciated was how proactive the staff were. Whether it was helping guests, answering questions, or simply noticing what we needed before we asked, the service always felt natural rather than forced.
Hyatt Regency Bali gave us exactly what we were looking for: a relaxing family holiday.

We stayed 6 nights with my husband. I loved everything about the hotel. At first it has a very serene environment, has lush gardens, very green , pools with fish even a duck family in one of the ponds. When you walk from one place to another it is like paradise. It is maintained very well . All staff in the hotel are very friendly, accommodating . Our room was very well designed, it had a balcony where you can sit and relax and enjoy the gardens and see the part of the ocean. Bed, pillows were very comfortable, bathroom was nice. Everything in the hotel was very clean. You can access the beach and beach was very looked after. Sunrises from the beach was beautiful. You can swim in the sea depending on the tide times. We mostly used the adult pool near the spa which was very nice. Spa was very good had a cold jacuzzi and hot jacuzzi , steam room and Sauna . Breakfast was very good. For lunch and dinner you have lots of options , you can eat at the hotel or around it there are lots of places to eat. I loved everything about the hotel and looking forward to come again.
