We have enjoyed another holiday at Puri Raja. It feels like we are coming home each stay at the Puri Raja.
Thank you to management and staff Indryha, Dewi, Ayu, Ami, Kaked Gede, Wayan Oka and all the garden, cleaning and staff for always making our stay so relaxing and enjoyable.
Great service and amenities and the best location in Legian 😊👌🤩
Great hotel. The issue doesn't lie with that. We had a large group staying here last month and numerous items went missing. From the rooms there was an 18 ct gold necklace, airpods (legitimate airpods not cheap Bali fakes), numerous small items (shirts, stubby coolers, alcohol etc). I had 400k idr taken from my wallet which was mysteriously handed into the pool towel counter. Another member of the group had aud $800 taken from their wallet around the pool. We reported each of these items and the front of house did not seem to care. There are some fantastic people that work at this hotel, it is a shame that there are some that are not trustworthy. We will never stay at this hotel again and I would caution anyone staying here to ensure you lock everything up. We are Bali regulars and have never had a problem like this in any other establishment!
All excellent, in every way!!!!
Loved our stay here.
Staff were just wonderful, breakfast was delicious, pool beautiful and location was perfect.
Overall a wonderful stay for our family.
Fantastic value for money. Great location with easy access to the beach or street. Staff were all amazing and very friendly, loved the breakfast which was cooked to order not a buffet. Will be back for sure.
Perfect location to be as busy or chill as you like. Smaller hotel & very personalised service. Staff are very welcoming & engaging. Hotel is Balinese owned so very authentic. Super convenient right across the road from the beach.
