Hotel Nikko Bali Benoa Beach

Nice hotel, but the pool seating policy needs improvement The hotel itself is nice, with comfortable rooms and friendly employees. However, I believe the rules regarding the pool seating need to be more clearly regulated and consistently enforced. Two seats were assigned to my partner and me, which we chose because they were available and conveniently located close to where my family was sitting. However, when I got to the spot, a woman was occupying one of our assigned seats and refused to move. The pool staff approached her, and they had a conversation in Indonesian. In the end, I was told to find another seat instead. I found this very disappointing. If seats are specifically assigned to guests, the hotel should ensure that those assignments are respected. Guests should not be asked to give up their assigned seats simply because someone else refuses to move. Overall, we are having a nice stay, but I hope the hotel can improve how the pool seating rules are communicated and enforced.

Loved every aspect of this hotel, the room was perfect, the pool is lovely and the happy hour at the swim up bar was thoroughly enjoyed. The guys working here deserve a special shout-out! Breakfast was great, fresh pancakes, french toast and waffles cooked right in front of you and eggs and bacon cooked to order. The staff are all lovely, would recommend Hotel Nikko!

Every staff member greeted us with a warm smile and went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the restaurants served excellent food throughout our visit. The large swimming pool, well-maintained gardens, and relaxing atmosphere made the resort perfect for both couples and families. The location in Tanjung Benoa is ideal, with easy access to water sports, Nusa Dua, and other popular attractions. Overall, Hotel Nikko Bali Benoa Beach offers an excellent combination of comfort, service, and value. If you're looking for a peaceful beachfront resort with outstanding hospitality in Bali, I highly recommend staying here. We would definitely love to return on our next trip!

Everything was well prepared, and the staff kept the buffet clean and fully stocked. It was a great way to start the day before heading out to explore Bali. The hotel pool was also very nice. It was clean, well maintained, and had a peaceful atmosphere, making it a perfect place to relax in the afternoon. The beach was just steps away, which made it very convenient to enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted. The surroundings were beautiful, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. The staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help whenever we had a question or needed assistance. Their hospitality made us feel comfortable throughout our stay.
