Our stay at Holiday Inn Resort Bali Nusa Dua was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations—from the beautiful resort and outstanding facilities to the warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming service.
The hospitality throughout our stay was truly remarkable. Every member of the team went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and valued, with special appreciation to Mr.Gung Ryan for his professionalism, kindness, and exceptional attention to detail.
The resort itself is beautiful, relaxing, and exceptionally well maintained, making it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy Bali. What truly stood out, however, was the level of service and the care shown to us throughout our entire stay.
We genuinely loved every moment of our experience and would happily return without hesitation. One of the best resort experiences we have had—highly recommended!
We stayed 4 nights in July celebrating my 60th birthday, and this resort earned these five stars in the most convincing way — by fixing a problem brilliantly.
Honest story: our check-in was rough. Long verification at the front desk, our pre-paid late check-out was initially denied, and the room we first received (2nd floor) had almost no ocean view despite the Oceanfront category. We wrote to the hotel that evening.
And here is why I recommend this resort: the reaction. The next day, duty manager MEIRA personally messaged us, found an oceanfront room on the 3rd floor within 24 hours, and moved us — ocean views from every window, exactly what we had dreamed of. She then went further: our pre-paid late check-out was made complimentary and the amount converted into a resort credit as an apology. This is what real hospitality management looks like.
The resort itself: freshly renovated, calm protected lagoon (swim at high tide), lovely pools, generous breakfast at Pasar Market Café, great location in Tanjung Benoa — 30 minutes from the airport. The reservations team (Aurel, Gita) was wonderfully attentive by email before arrival, and the birthday complimentary was a sweet touch.

The staff were genuinely friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well cared for, making it easy to relax throughout my stay.
The resort facilities were excellent, especially the pool area and direct beach access. Breakfast offered a wide selection of tasty dishes, with something for everyone. What made the experience even more special was the warm hospitality and positive atmosphere throughout the resort.
