Holiday Inn Bali Sanur By Ihg

I write this review as I spend my last night in Sanur before heading to Ubud to join my friends. From the evening I arrived on my first solo trip to Sanur, I was greeted by such warm hospitality. From the reception staff who checked me in, to the bell boy who helped me with my bags, the various staff I met throughout my stay, reception staff that covered the shifts, housekeeping and more- I couldn’t have asked for better. The warmth and hospitality extended to me made me feel welcomed and personalised too. The laundry services were great and the various other extra miles that the friendly staff went to accomodate me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You have all made the start to my trip a beautiful memory and I couldn’t have asked for better. I’ll be back in the future I’m sure and hopefully I’ll get a higher floor and tv that works, doesn’t seem to switch on for me but it’s all good.. Those are my only constructive feedback, but other than that- I loved it! Room was so spacious and well maintained 💐 Thank you soooo much!

We stayed for 2 nights and had an amazing experience! The staff were so bide and accommodating. Thank you so much to OGI for making our stay even more enjoyable! The rooms were perfect, the sofa bed is great for kids (and adults) We slept perfectly from the quality of the bed. The pool has a nice view of the sea, so you can see the boats flashing at night. The location is perfect and is so close to the beach. Had an amazing stay overall. Would highly recommend.

Excellent. High marks to the service, rooms and location. Unfortunately, the buffet breakfast was a disappointment. Service ~ wonderful service from all staff. Friendly, attentive and super helpful. Special mention to Diwi, Putri and Esa. Rooms ~ very comfortable beds, clean and quiet and rooms appear far larger than most because of clever minimilast design without sacrificing comfort & function. TV programmes are top notch (107 channels !) Location ~ can't be beat. So near to beach, top restaurants and amenities. Buffet ~ this was a let down for us. Very basic and had a limited variety of almost everything you would expect. Not sure reason for this (not high season yet ?) Hopefully they can look into providing a better breakfast. Other than this area, I would highly recommend.

We recently spent five nights here with extended family from around the globe and our two young kids and could not have been happier. The location was fantastic; so central. The breakfast was top quality and a beautiful garden to sit in while eating. Room service was prompt and delicious and the rooftop was beautiful. The staff were so helpful, the rooms were modern, clean and well equipped. This place is excellent value for what it offers.
